- Avocado Brownies? Pushing avocados to their absolute beyond plus ultra limit. #brownies #avocado
1/4C maple syrup
1/3C Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
3Tbsp butter
1tsp Vanilla
1/4C + 2Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2C almond flour
1 Avocado
Chocolate chips to cover
blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor until smooth.
then pour in greased pan.
Bake at 325F until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
I placed the recipe in the description. Incase you're wondering how these are they're a solid 8.5/10 (worth makin)

I saw the short, I stood up and immediately started making this brownie. The batter tasted soooo good, I almost didn't want to put it in the oven 😂 It's baking now, I can't wait 😊

*We love making avocados in the Philippines with condensed milk and mushed avocados, then to top it all with ice or we freeze them in the freezer. They're amaizng 😊 my grandma taught me how to make that ❤*

I'm going to try making these. I do use avocado to make a chocolate avocado pudding. I usually use 1 to 2 soft avocados, 1 banana, maple syrup, a pinch of salt and 2 to 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Sometimes I might zest some orange peel. Blend it all up until smooth. Let it chill. Serve as is or maybe spread some on toast, spoon some into a serving of nonfat plain greek yogurt, or put it into a smoothie. I'm definitely going to have to try these brownies. The more I can incorporate healthier things without some friends who are picky eaters knowing, well I enjoy that.
That sounds killer. I can't wait to make this for my little kids who have not yet come around to avocados. The look on their faces when they find out there's aztesticles in them will be priceless.

You can also make a fantastic chocolate frosting as well with avocados...not to mention...a delicious avocado and chocolate mint ice cream. SO YUMMY!
