I live in Arizona and because of the influx of former California residents I now have to watch Arizona turn into this. I used to live in Laguna Beach and drive 2.5 hours everyday to Palos Verdes for work. That's a 5 hour commute for those of you that went to California public schools. I gave it up to live in Texas Hill Country. I miss the great restaurants, the legal weed, the view of the ocean and the lack of littering. But I don't miss the stress and the heroin addicts passed out in my yard.

Got hit by a car in Santa Ana woke up a month later, another month in the hospital and I got the opportunity to go to Florida to live with family to physically recover. Florida is so much better than California as far as homeless, drugs, gangs, crime. Southern California is a awesome place but damn its wild.

The purpose was to keep out the tent cities because of the hippy migration movement in the 60s and 70s to Oregon from other places including California.
