It’s funny how you joke about a pregnancy mechanic in the game. In the original Japanese version there was a cutaway gag explaining there were more mechanics in the game that were abruptly halted. Asuna said she would be willing to spawn in an army of NPC children to beat the game if it was still included. Kirito responded with a “We should discuss this later.” at the end of the bit.
@@Nic_S. Look it was something they claimed the wrote as a teenager. Do you think a teenager is going to have any amount of foresight and forethought? No one proofread the original stuff thoroughly. It shows how blind the industry can be at times.
SAO abridged quite honestly has the best script writing of any RUclips series I've ever seen in these later episodes when it dives into moments like these and the evolution of the VAs is honestly incredible. Plus like you mentioned the little animation tweaks that are so subtle like the eye rolls are just great.
That Hellsing audio fit way to well. Also in the beginning of the episode / end of the last episode, Kirito didn't call Asuna Rosalia. He was basically giving Rosalia the finger because her last words when he killed her (by lightly cutting her throat in episode 4) were "Enjoy this while it lasts. It's the deepest you'll ever be in a woman.". Asuna just (very understandably) misunderstood because she had zero context.
No matter how many times I watch this or watch someone someone else react, yui getting deleted ALWAYS makes me cry, just like sheele from Akame ga kill
