they are very good on grux since he has a problem of getting into fights the extra movement speed helps him greatly to be in the proper positions and get effective value as a close range bruiser without them it basically requires him to utilize flash as an engage tool which means you cant use it to chase after

Tanky build like that might be ok for high mmr, where you have reliable adc on both sides and someone will follow up your engagement and make the damage during your CCs. In mid range mmr, this simply wont do enough damage to carry games. Especially if opposite adc is better than yours. I prefer basilisk, kingsbane, sky splitter, then 3x bruiser items on Grux. Also I think Echelon Cloak might no longer be a meme item. It has pretty great balanse of attack speed, physical power, ability haste and HP and 8% damage buff for 3 sec after exiting camo is pretty solid too. It might be a good bruiser item for 6th slot, when you no longer needs to farm (so you don't lose farm standing 20 sec in one spot waiting for someone) and game can be decided by positioning and creating number advantage that people dont expect.
