Plus all the service providers are coming up with competitive pricing ever since so for example I only pay 20 bucks for fiber where I live (outskirt of a big city up north)

I feel like most people here either have never used remote play, or they live in an area with bad internet. I use remote play on my iPhone a good bit and never have major issues. I’m not using an Ethernet setup, but I do have like a 300 mbps connection speed (for my PS5 itself l). Once I can find one in stock I’ll get it for sure. I hate bringing a controller around lol.
Essentially, just think of this device as a dual sense controller with a screen. An alternative to the 200$ elite controller
important to note that your ps5 needs to be logged in on the user your portal is linked with. If you have multiple users on your ps5, and a second one is logged in instead of yours, remote play may not be able to connect

I understand those who recommend you to buy a nitendo switch, but that is $200 for the lite, same price as the portable, or 300 to 400 for the switch and oled, but what they don't take into consideration is that you also have to buy games for them, which won't be needed if you already have a ps5 with games. They sell it as an accessory, not really a portable device/console.
Honestly this is perfect for some ppl and it could be better if they add stand alone gaming 👍
Literally can't add stand alone it's impossible
EXXXACTLY the consumer base, including myself have wanted a successor to the psvita, and this would have been fine if it could support its own games at least of ps4 pro quality
then you'd complain it cost too much at $800+ which is how much they'd charge for a ps5 in handheld. look at the new Lenovo handheld.

How is this way better in your opinion? When your phone is used for calls. It hasn't been used with a controller. :) I'd hope something that costs $300 would perform better than an adapter for $20 off Amazon. Although, considering as said in the video, cloud gaming is best used for SP games... How much "better" can a SP game, really be? Theoretically the only difference in quality would be the screen size.
