Sorry to be so off topic but does any of you know a way to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me!
ive played Horde and Alliance and honestly out of all the leaders overall, Varian was my favorite besides Voljin , all the other leaders after Caines death are kinda meh either not expanded upon or unlikable
Max- League Noob bis zum Umfallen well in her defense the horde was on the verge of death and zulgin did say “don’t let da horde diy dis day” so she really just followed orders
The coolest thing about the demon hunter cinematic, in my opinion, is how it's in first person. The camera shakes like actual head movements, and that's neat. It's amazing to look at stuff like the Wrathgate and see how far the animation has come.
It would have remind us no one is safe if they didnt subvert that rule in almost every expansion they just wanted to get rid of character so they can shoe horn their BFA bullshit
Still can't help giggling with the icc ending cinematic... "No one must ever know" "ok got it bolvar so make a statue in the centre of dalaran where everyone can watch this, got it"
lmfao true, but i guess it's just so the players can rewatch it anytime they want without having to run the entire raid again (although i practically run it weekly)
Well, he told to tell everyone LK was dead and Bolvar too. The statue don't say anywhere that there is a new Lich King, what don't you understand ? Technically, only deaths knights know that there is still a LK right now.
Ysera was rough. Especially because how sickeningly weak those satyrs are, and Xavius just chucks a piece of corrupted crystal (yeah, yeah, I know, Tear of Elune, blah blah, where tf is she even) at her and rides here like... well, probably half the WoW population wanted to back in Cata. … what?
Yes, Garrosh did horrible things but you have to also see things from his point of view as a Mag'har orc from outland. I think hirumaredx made a video about it a while ago and he made some very good points to better understand why Garrosh acted like he did.
Partially? It was ALL Thrall's fault. He abandoned the Horde and the Boy orc who was looking up to him and put him in charge of a pretty battered and divided horde. Garrosh had to be mentored and guided a lot more before being put in this position he NEVER asked for.
People who always say "I am this faction and this faction alone" always confuse me a little. Yeah, I am more of an Alliance loyalist, but never playing Horde means I'd only play 50% of a game that I love. I love exploring both sides of the stories, the cutscenes you get to see and all that. I don't want to miss out on any of it and this video shows exactly why! :)
exactly!! yes!! I myself have dodged back and forth between the factions ever since starting this game. Started as horde, then alliance, then recently back to horde, finally deciding to just play both and enjoy my time there. You can cheer for both, and see their flaws/downfalls. For the horde AND the alliance!!!
Varians death is the best cinematic , not visually but in the feels department, if you played the game from the start or even came to it in BC or Wolk his death meant something
Only if you were with the alliance. I was back and forth but seeing Thrall defeat garrosh meant something more than Varians death imo. SoO was the best raid not only game play but story telling as well. As a veteran from vanilla who returns every year for the new expansions. Lich Kings story isn't even better than that. Its close but seeing Thrall watch Grommash die next to him in wc3 and then killing his son hits me harder.
Since i´m on horde... i always asked myself if theres any Cinematic of that moment that Worgen-guy delivers Varians message to his son. That would be a heartbreaking moment, honestly.
I remember our guild beating the lich King the first time and I bawled so hard. Arthas to me has the best story in all of WoW. A prince who was promised, went to save his people and ended up getting corrupt and a woman who loved him and his companion invincible. I mean come on how depressing.
It's so scary too , it's only for a second but , if you look a orcs face is actually MELTING, the scourge is a gas, so that's not gas being breathed out his helmet, that's his FACE DRIPPING OUT OF HIS HELMET!!
I thought the story of Warlords were great, the characters and the cinematics were good. Dungeons and raids were good but the problem with WoD was it was just a lack of content, because there weren't a lot to do beside raid or do mythic dungeons every week. But fortunately Legion that came after had great content, i would say it's on par with MoP when it comes to content because there was so much to do.
The fist person cinematic of the Demon Hunter scene was amazing when i first saw it. Made it like i was the actual one doing the slicing, killing the night elves that dare attack my lord.
my favorite part is where we cut off a good cinematic at 2:00 ish but we can let the stuff after 9:15 happen. and then i realized im yelling at stuff from 2017 and on a youtube comment section
NRCS im not talking about the movie im talking about this type of animation not real actors and animation full animation like all the intros have been on the expansions.
It would cost an insane amount of money. Like holy fucking shit would it be expensive. Their expansion cinematics cost millions, and just for a minute or so of content. They couldn't afford it, unless they changed from being a game producing company to a movie one. Most of their resources go into their games. Hypothetically though, lets say they did make an amazing animated movie, they would need to think about if they would be able to make the money back, which they probably wouldn't. Disney, Pixar, and other juggernaut's already own the animated market, so they probably wouldn't be able to compete and blizzards fan base is relatively small compared to others, so it would cost more to make and they would see little return.
OMG i loved the whole video just to see that place one ist the video of my favourite warchief getting killed by a cheating thrall rip, but still upvote

I remember doing all the quests to rebuild Xera then got excited to see this cinematic and when Illidan almost immediately killed it I felt like I just wasted a lot of time.
Not only that, the only real reason Garrosh turned into the "big baddie" was because of the Twilight hammer clan and Magatha Grimtotem. It has NOTHING to do with his initial actions. Not only that, Thrall didn't cheat. Both broke the rules though. The rules of Mak'Gora is as follows: Each participant is allowed one weapon. Whether using a shield, dual wielding, or using magic as a 'weapon' is allowed are not specified. A blessing of this weapon by a shaman of their choosing is permitted, but not required. Body armor is forbidden. This is a shaky rule, as some 'spur of the moment' Mak'gora involve both fighters wearing armor. Each participant must have at least one witness.(broken rule by both of them, technically) If both participants refuse to fight one another, they are banished from the clan.Traditionally, it is to the death, but under Warchief Thrall's rule it became a non-lethal combat, similiar to Warsong's Mak'Rogahn. Participants can choose to forgo this change. However, even when operating under the old rules, the victor can choose to spare the loser's life, though it's considered a grave insult. There are no stated rules on the use of magic, but, having been used in multiple Mak'gora duels in different stories and settings, it seems to be permitted.
My top 3 I think would be a little different. Third would be the original game cinematic. Second would be Ysera in Val'Sharah. First would be Illidan denies the Light. Still, this is a good list. :D
Since MOP there literally hasn’t been a single original new plot line. We got WOD where we fought against,..the horde. Legion where we fought against....the burning legion. Then we got BFA where we reuse the Garrosh plotline while reusing the whole alliance vs horde trope. Literally no new plots.

Personal Opinion, #1 should have been the wrath of the Lich King Opening Cinematic with his father's speech, most hype ever!
1000% agreed
and the father speech meaning fits so well with it
i never like wotlk but that cinematic is masterpiece!
Best expansion and the very best cinematic
The Dragons fire sealed my fate.
I will always belong to The Horde.. but Varian's death got to me man.. Horde or Alliance, you should always respect this character.
Captain Gigglez mhmhm sylvanas the bitch
Never. Fuck him
lol..nope

Love how Sylvanas got beaten by Genn using "Pickpocket" on her. Genn Greymane is the true leader of the Rogue order hall!
Tyrion : *survive the lich king*
Also tyrion : *die on the broken shore*
They did him dirty
Main character deaths in stories remind us no one is safe from dying.
It would have remind us no one is safe if they didnt subvert that rule in almost every expansion they just wanted to get rid of character so they can shoe horn their BFA bullshit
They did him dirty, but it happened so Ret Pallys would get their hands on the Ashbringer.

Grommash leaping out of flames and breaking Mannoroth's skull is the most badass scene in all wow cinematics
And is the best cinematic in WoW history
Whole cinematic from smug Guldan getting baited, the creeping Manoroth, the slowly arching artillery to the leap is pure gold
I think Ysera's death cinematic deserves a place in the top 10. One that is touching like few others
Alessandro Liani that one hurted
Top 3

… what?
The wrath intro will always be the best and most iconic wow cinematic ever.
Most iconic, yes. Best, no. WoD's destroys Wrath's.
"We're gonna bury you here!" oh the chills when he says that. Love the Trolls.
The Zul'Jin voice acting is just sick! Sounds like a warchief to me. The auto-tuned Sylvanas they got now? WTF ION? WE GONNA BURY YOU HERE!
William Palmer i hate chu
The elfs took my eye
Garrosh is definitly not innocent, but he also undeniably had a point. It was partially Thralls fault too.
Yes, Garrosh did horrible things but you have to also see things from his point of view as a Mag'har orc from outland. I think hirumaredx made a video about it a while ago and he made some very good points to better understand why Garrosh acted like he did.

Even after all these years the gods of zul'aman trailer sends shivers down my spine. When he says "I hate you" and "We're gonna bury you" - amazing.

The book was the first book to bring me to tears.
How is the ICC reveal trailer not in there? LET THEM COME - FROSTMOURNE HUNGERS!!!!!!!!!!
Snarkiest comment in a WoW cinematic:
"Your father dabbled in powers beyond reckoning. Where is he NOW?"
Still the best comeback in the entire game.
He was so mad he stabbed him with the axe
Garrosh has to be my #1 favorite lore character, love his story, hate the way they killed him off.
This video invoked such nostalgic memories of why I love this game! The Lich King cutscene still gives me goosebumps.
"my destiny is my own!"
Yup, illidan is the one who is actually woke among all of them.
Illidan speech to Valen in the end of Legion is the best for me!
I love how Maiev was basically like "bitch please" to the Demon Hunter that rushes at her. XD
The Legion cinematics already feel so old D:
Are you kidding me? Seeing WoD release 11.13.14 made me realize it’s almost 5 years. HOW?!
Wrath gates hurt. more then i thought it would. Even after this much time.
It's so scary too , it's only for a second but , if you look a orcs face is actually MELTING, the scourge is a gas, so that's not gas being breathed out his helmet, that's his FACE DRIPPING OUT OF HIS HELMET!!
“let it be finished”.... RiP both Saurfangs for those watching this post 8.2.5 💔💔 also Varian death clip gets me teared up
They freaking need to make more cinematics like the Demon Hunters one with player perspective! It was so awesome!
*MY DESTINY IS MY OWN*
Chills, every time
Warlords of Draenor had an amazing cinematic and premise, it's a shame the expansion itself was so ill-conceived...
I loved the Story, lore and characters of warlords, to be honest it was way better than bfa or cata or pandaria in my opinion
I thought the story of Warlords were great, the characters and the cinematics were good. Dungeons and raids were good but the problem with WoD was it was just a lack of content, because there weren't a lot to do beside raid or do mythic dungeons every week. 26:36 How did Dranosh expect anything but a one shot? He's still wearing vanilla gear.
Great list! Miss Guldan's death and Ysera's death but this is a very good list too.
If there is one thing Blizzard does right, it's the Cinematics.
Did you think we had forgotten... Did you think we had forgiven?
Great!
Love the Genn Vs Sylvanas one...Go GENN!!!
Arthas is still among my favs. strong cinematic. carried by a nice line of history and questing and nice Last ICC Fight
My Top 3 are:
3) Wrathgate
2) Velen's Sacrifice
1) "My destiny is my own!"
21:00 Before the BFA ending cinematic we know that Genn was right.
22:24 my king... my heart... FOR THE ALIANCE!!!!
the top WoW Cinematic: Every Cinematic in Warcraft 3
because warcraft 3 is WoW.. derp
10 out of 10 doctors agree, Warcraft 3's cinematics are way better than WoW's.
Carl no it’s not. Completely different. WC 3 is just a minor piece of canon whereas WoW expands onto it and also includes side storylines

horde : looking for glory
alliance : looking for justice
undead: don't give a shit
for some reason, Vol'jin's death cinematic is my favourite. It deserves a place in top 10.

I expected Broken shore battle or the battle of Wrathgate to be number one those were the most impacting of all cinematics in all my time!

Good call for #1. Xera getting a healthy dose of chaos damage to the face was satisfying and the Illidan voice actor is unmatched.
Gul dan's defeat was far the most epic Cinematic!!!
Hear hear! And Ki'ljaeden
Wrath of the Lich King raising Sindragosa it #1 for sure not even on the list.
Fumunda Slap for reals. I wrote a three page essay explaining why it was the best cinematic ever.

Legion just had the Best cinematics. I can't think of one that wasnt absolutely fantastic.
Bolvar: "Now leave, and never come back"
I come back every week, untill i got Invincible.
Why Blizzard never make a animated movie of WOW is beyond me their animation is second to none as the animation is brilliant.
You know they did, right?

its amazing how grom died in the original cinematic but here he gets saved
The WoD cinematic at #8? Nah. It’s up there next to the Wrath cinematic. One of the best things I’ve ever seen.
WoD Had by far the best promotional trailer.
So Thrall cheated, Garrosh did nothing wrong, and clearly everyone knows Wrathgate is best cinematic. BUT good list dawggy dawg.
Wrathgate hasn't aged very well. Illidan vs Chandelier would be my top pick
Wrathgate isn't even the best cinematic in WotLK, let alone the entire game.
Garrosh parasites be gone

Thrall sucks, Thrall has always sucked even in Warcraft 3 Thrall was trash. Garrosh is the only true Warchief.
garrosh would make a great warchief in the old horde, too bad things changed and only thrall new how to handle diplomatics
