I just bought one of these a few days ago as my first "family car" and I think this review is spot on. The car can be a little gimmicky, like all Mini's, but that's what I love about it.
Hi, I want to upgrade from an f56 JCW 2018. I am looking at a fully specced 2019 f60 JCW 2019 and a 2017 mk3 focus rs with a sunroof. What’s your thoughts?
Haven't really been a fan of the Mini line up, but this JCW Countryman is changing that. It's not really very "mini" though, anymore, is it? ;) And for the price of this, as stated at the end of the review, you can get a base model Kia Stinger... which for my situation is a lot more inviting.
Great review full of relevant info, plus you got the Manspread Test and Junk in the Trunk! 👍 I’ve been tempted by Mini but when I include some basic options, the comparable BMW becomes a better value. I know Mini wants to be a premium brand, but BMW has better standard specs and finishes.
I really like this car, even if it is an ironically large "Mini". I would lease this car and drop it after the lease as reliability is not great as they age

I realize it is kinda off topic but does anybody know a good site to stream newly released series online?

@Angel Jax thank you, I went there and it seems like a nice service :D I really appreciate it!!
@Eric Luis Happy to help :)

Excellent review...my wife has a JCW five door and is looking at this next....thanks for the information
You're welcome :)
Wtf does your wife need 306 hp for?
Shopping?
Shape is basically a 90's Subaru Outback. I love those.

great review! thank you
@family wheels this Mini have the adaptive suspension optional? if yes how was the comfort in the soft setting?
Hard
I really like it. Much better than front wheel drive BMWs. Yes it is expensive, so better to lease or buy Cartier used. Otherwise great vehicle.
Its the same as a 1 serie xdrive

Yeah, not totally 'Mini' anymore, for sure. And excellent comparison with the Stinger!
There are plenty other cars for the price.
So what?
@@ekimandersom4478 if you have to ask, you probably won't understand the answer anyway.
@@JS-hw8ve comparing a mini with a Stinger is ridiculous
@@ekimandersom4478 hahahaha... Then you didn't look at the price.
See: told you that you wouldn't understand.

Got all the most important tests done!! Haha!
While I love this mini look, I would go with something smaller like Clubman, or go with MB GLB if I need a family premium crossover
Good to have solid choices!
bought it
Yesssss!

THE JCW is a blast but I hate it in countryman form. Just too big for what mini is supposed to be.
Sure is a big Mini!
open your mind
Well guys just to tell you Scott did contact me on Twitter
Amazing

How tall are you? Looking for a car for my 6'2" 15 year old who is still growing?
I’m an even six feet 👍🏻
I own a ‘21 JCW and am 6’2” 280lb. Fit comfortable in it and can have someone sitting behind me just fine.
