    Great lesson, finally somebody who teaches Jimmy Reed. Thank you so much! Still struggling to do those bends tongueblocked though.

      Peter Ryan I disagree. Tongue blocking is difficult to learn, but well worth the effort. Besides the fact that blues harp is 90% tongue blocked, the embrochure improves your tone tenfold and helps you get way more sounds out of the instrument - such as octaves, tongue flutters, tongue switching, throat vibrato, etc. - and great use of the harmonica’s chords.

    0:17 for me is the most important instruction: I always tried to play it on a D Harmonica (like most blues songs use the pulling position). Now it' much easier. Thanks for this hint, but the reference to a A minor Instrument should be said a little more clearly

      would you mean key of A crossed from a D harp..

      It looks like he is using an A harp which surprised me. But if you try to play it with a D harp it doesn't seem to work.
