shoutout to the kz gods. LLNuke is one of the best vanilla kz players, zerok has some top times and is developing the cs2kz plugin, and Smiesz is the undisputed GOAT of cs movement.
Yo movement and bhopping got improved recently and I was hitting way more consistently and more, but the latest update like literally today I suddenly can’t? Was there a reversion? Or am I bricked from the work week
Bro please stop saying skill ceiling :X its skill GAP. Ceiling is for games like tic tac toe. 99% of games have skill GAP not ceiling unless they are solved games.
I think he uses right. When you open new possibilities in the game, it raises skill celing. It means you can master more aspect of the game. And then there can be huge skill gap between players.
@@jirist4196 It cant raise a skill ceiling if it doesnt have one though. Thats why its skill GAP not ceiling. The only games that should reference ceiling are solved games was the point. 99.9999% of the time if you use the word skill gap it will fit, and if you use the word ceiling it wont fit. I see your point because adding strafes gaining speed + bhops obviously increases skill gap but its pretty hard to say a different game is 'capped' in some way just because it has diff mechanics. Especially when, even WITHOUT strafes making you move faster and bhops, you could play any 'normal' FPS game without those features and have an insane amount of skill in movement. Trust me games dont 'need' strafe jumps or bhops to have super huge skill gap in movement. Look at halo 1 and 2. Those games have.. move or jump, 2 options. And yet those are 2 of the highest skill gap FPS games to ever be made by a mile. There wasnt even a sprint feature initially because honestly there really never needed to be. Im just that one nerd in a million who gets triggered by this small letter change cap vs gap. Lols. I really wish everyone would just adopt the 'correct' (because of the metaphor of a cap meaning there is a lid or final place a skilled and knowledgeable player will be BLOCKED from progressing past) phrase.
tripping out to jumpbug video
who the hell is laundry
didnt know jb would have such an impact, its impressive how valve doesnt realize that movement is one of their greatest things about cs.

A skill ceiling does exist in CS2 it just isn't quantifiable.
