    Similar to Adobe products complex DAWs require slow paced understanding of the product. There are too many features included to put a date on learning it. If your background is tech u may find you figured it out 50% in about 2 years. To get full understanding of something like FL Studio and softs alike may take several good years of continuous producing. Unless one goes into a very specific genre of music and just deals with it only. It won't take too-too long. But to "learn" it fully 🤔😂😂😂 Nah... too much!
    I love FL Studio and I can lay down a track in a couple of hours without fine details and minimum automation. And I still discover new ways of doing things and ma-aaan... it's a journey! Love it and it will come to u!

      once you know it, you just get better overtime.. but you can start anytime, it's not that you start as young and if not it's too late.. it's not true (as with sports maybe)

    • @dmitriterletski648
      @dmitriterletski648 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@Integraudio you don't have to start it young :) (whatever made you think I believe this?!) One can start it at any age. It does take time to learn it well. Perhaps the older one gets the more difficult learning may be (for some). I love FL studio... I know it well enough to sketch a tune in 10 min. I can produce the entire song in 3 hours. :) It won't be very pretty, but I can do it... It's a great DAW!!!

    I'm really into drum and bass. I've just downloaded the fl studio demo and it's all so complicated! Lol. How long does it take to get to grips with the software, mate? Bearing in mind I'm a complete novice and know nothing of music. Just love drum and bass and would like to make something similar to yourself! Cheers

    • @Integraudio
      @Integraudio  2 года назад +9

      Yeah, when I started with FL I didn't know what those bars are, so it's all good, it took a few months to get into it and make some decent tunes, I would recommend you check it in a slow pace, and stop when you don't get it, it's the best way to understand it, though, it's very simplistic, there are most important things covered to produce tunes

      In my opinion it’ll take u 3 years on a consistent grind to understand the software while learning music with everything that comes with it to make a SONG. It sucks to say that you’ll realize 1 or 2 mistakes each beat but it means each time u make one, you’re getting better.

      i've been on this journey for the past two years. there is no time. you have to keep at it! persevere, train your ear and keep at it. slowly and surely you start seeing the results. DNB is the most technically demanding genre! i'll give you a tip i've learned. separate your sub bass from everything else in your mix and arrangement. it's the 1 thing that if you overdue with eq'ing will give you a wrong impression of your music. the sub is meant to be felt on the dance floor. where the huge sub frequencies need space. a lot of trial and error. remember, music is timeless, best of luck! peace and much love!

      Opto - more smooth / transparent
      VCA - more obvious / aggressive
      FET - similar to VCA, good for drums
      Varimu - to add character/energy, stand out in the mix
