Nick Bare you’ve given me the standard of what a business owner, fitness athlete, and go getter needs to be to make it big. Thank you for that, I will reach my goals faster then I ever would’ve knowing the expectation you set 😤
Do you know why Nick is the best, he's not a salesman, he is his product. He arguably trains harder than anyone. No gimmickry, hard work wins! Keep it up man, you are a motivation!
Just ordered the shoes you are running in, I’ll report back on wether or not I am running 6 minute miles 🙏🏼 they should cut off 3 minutes per mile right?
Dear Nick, You have been an amazing inspiration to me in many ways. I am down 30 lbs, from 290 lbs to 260 lbs. also your work ethic and success has been a mental boost that I needed at this time in my life. I really appreciate you and your entire support team. Thank you and please thank the team for me too!!
I’ve been following you since we were both in South Korea. I was down in Camp Humphries. It is awesome watching someone’s dream come to fruition. Great content creator and even better supplements!
The cinematography | videography | sound design are the reason why I love watching these series! I can’t wait to get to the age where I can move to Austin and work for Nick and his team at BPN!
I was 10 weeks into my block when they canceled Boston. I ended up trying to time trail and marathon-lost steam and reverted to base training. To have all those miles not count for a BQ would suck. Hope you crush it.
I already did a run like once per week but my stitches held me back. Because of you I realised a lot of people don’t even have stitches while running. I decided I wasn’t going to let the stitches hold me back anymore and today I ran through a lot of pain but eventually it went away. Anyways, thanks for being such an inspiration 🙏🏼
Just found you by accident and realized your my BPN GUY. myself and my son love your products. I actually shipped over a bunch of product to my son while he was deployed in Afghanistan .. your product is big in the military !! Great product
@@CreeepsMind right? @@mattfeacv5243 I really don't want to hate on Nick or his achievements, but it seems a bit crazy to me to get a Marathon certified just for personal times. I mean the money he put into this (and also the whole Ironman series) is insane! It shows that he is dedicated but also that he has clearly no boundries for spending money on things he likes. Its important to him to have the best bike, the best training, the best nutrition and so on.
You've motivated me to be more than just a aspirant bodybuilder and to become more fit. Right now lm in a break of my 100km bike ride challenge in one day. Currently 50.6km in. Thanks Nick
Came from a 7km tempo whilst thinking about Nick inspiring people to be the best that they can be and then post run being rewarded with a episode for some more motivation.
Love these videos. I'm all about the sub 3 mission because of you guys! Just ran a 3:17 and Nick and Jeff have opened my eyes to the possibilities of hard work and following the marathon game plan. Thank you fellas. I hope to join the PR sub 3 club with you ✊
Nick you're more than capable of creating insane and fun events with your team. It's honestly much more exciting than anything you could sign up for. It's more flexible for Yall make it your own and come up with unconventional challenges. Plus your production is top notch. Keep running down this path!! From a fellow distance runner and challenge seeker.
A1A fort Lauderdale marathon is a Boston qualifier and is still active for February 14th. Should consider it if you can't get a private race certified.
This is awesome content, but I do miss seeing more of his meals. I kind of like seeing more of his family and his day-to-day process it makes it seem like achieving fitness goals are more possible.
Great note on the elbow positioning on the pull of the free style stroke. It's also good to practice short sprints than normal pace swimming all the time. This will help the body to settle in a more natural rhythmic when it comes to long distance swimming.
Nick take us through your stretching and warm up routine before fun sometime in a video! Would love to see what else others are doing for warming up and stretching out.
This series is freaking great! Super motivating & a start reality check on what it really takes to improve. Keep up the strong work! Oh & the Nutter Butter blast is delicious...finished 4lbs in about 3 wks.
From the top there's a significant difference on how your hands/arms cut (your stroke) into the water. You right cuts in at a shorter/ steeper ankle, and your left extends further with a lot less cut, more of an open hand push down.
I still can't wrap my mind around how a guy this yolked and carrying that much muscle is even conceiving running a sub-3 marathon. Because of his size, it makes his cardio abilities way more impressive.
damn dude i miss being on a team, grinding out some workouts with a crew is the best. Your videos are great quality!. out here in the northeast putting the miles in by myself mostly. watch those floppy feet tho!
