I love your cooking videos. Everything is basically made of scratch, so complete without skipping steps. Must be lucky for the kids to have such a great cook dad! :)
Some people tie the meats so they hold their shape while cooking, other just let it flop around. You tie the meat and hold its shape for a more presentable plating, rather than having a weird floppy piece of meat in your bowl.

エイジスロー I know that this recipe is miso ramen. But there IS shoyu butter ramen, at least in Tokyo where I partly grew up (I am Japanese American).

hi! can you marinate the pork for more than four days? or how many maximum days can it marinate for?
+Michael Yang It might go bad if you don't put it in the freezer so don't marinate it for longer than that.
