You so crazy runny runny. I have watched this one many many times & i smile & laugh inside every time. Thank you for sharing something you could you have edited out.
I love all food. British, Indian, Italian etc. Adding some Korean, Japanese and Chinese dishes to my menu has been a great addition. Got to love globalisation, for giving us access to an array of ingredients!
Thank you so much for granting my request Runny :) I've bought a Miso package for the first time (after so many years watching Japanese cooking channels like yours, LOL). This recipe seems perfect for my first try :) I was amazed to see how much you could slurp, until you choked :))
It is a paste made from soy. They make different types of ramen here in the north of Japan, but miso is my favorite. I have had soy sauce ramen and butter ramen, but there is just something about the flavor that is so so good. Thanks for the video.
I'm not really sure what Sambal Oelek is but you can use any seasoning you like. You can put corn and butter for topping. It's also popular way in Japan.
You're welcome! Helen's channel is my favorite Vietnamese cooking channel with short videos that are well made, although yummies4dummies is very entertaining and has great recipes as well. Bon appetit!
Google free music. I can't remember the name of the site. But a lot of RUclipsrs use the same music. Also Runny has the songs website, he uses in the description box, I believe.
Hi there from Barbados! I tried this and used ground beef instead and siracha. Also could only find the canned bean sprouts BUT it still came out so delicious! Great recipe. Thanks!
Yum yum YUM! I made some and I'm eating it right now. So tasty! Thanks, Runny! For toppings I used teriyaki chicken, naruto, cucumbers and carrots. I'll definitely make this again.
I made this today and it was so good!!! I added 1 tsp of sesame oil and a little extra garlic and soy sauce. It was delicious! Thank you Runnyrunny999 :)
I just made this as close as I could with the ingredients available to me. It turned out so good! I used buckwheat (soba) noodles and did some beef with veggies stir fry for the topping. I have watched most of your videos and you do a very good job. Maybe sometimes you can show the packaging for ingredients like Dou Ban Jang and miso paste. I'm trying to get the right ingredients. Thank you!
I made this tonight but tripled the recipe and used low sodium miso paste. I didn't have the spicy sesame oil so I used normal sesame oil and put some seafood mushrooms green onions and chicken. It was delightful!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH YOU HAVE SUCH A TALENT FOR TEACHING BEGINNERS AND ASPIRING COOKS WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO EAT AT A EXPENSIVE RESTAURANT! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! ADMIRATION AND RESPECT FROM THE PHILIPPINES!
You can find dried ramen noodles (chuka soba) at Asian grocery stores in the US. I made this recipe and it was very good! I did a few changes and used a different topping since I didn't have bean sprouts or ground pork.
@Sean You can purchase nori (seaweed) that are both salted and unsalted. The salted version are snacks much like chips are. You can find unsalted seaweed in many asian stores.
I rinsed it in warm water but in this recipe, you might don't want to rinse it. You don't really have to. But if you don't like a little stickiness, you can. I rinse it in cold water when I make tsuke-men (diiping style noodle dish). Next video will be tsuke-men :)
i hope my response is good enough. You can use any sort of topping. this best part about cooking, experimenting. i tried it with mushrooms a couple times myself(as a topping), and i really enjoyed it. especially if the soup is spicy then it goes really well with mushrooms. as for Mushroom bouillon, I have never tried it, but i would suggest to give it a try.
oh my nothing like the instant chinese food soup, its natural healthy and looks delicious..i just dont know where to find all those seasoning you used?? thanks for video very neat and clean and organise!

Where can one go about getting ramen noodles? I have tried instant, but I never know which ones to buy and they never taste the same.
I love all food. British, Indian, Italian etc. Adding some Korean, Japanese and Chinese dishes to my menu has been a great addition. Got to love globalisation, for giving us access to an array of ingredients!
I made this with beef and chicken stock (once each) and beef instead of pork and it still turned out wonderfully. My boyfriend really adores it.
