The Hudson Construction Site in Detroit November 2023

I can remember the cityscape of Detroit changing as far back as 1997. When the Hudson’s building was demolished. Once the heart of retail in Downtown Detroit. Now under construction in it’s place a mid-rise building with mostly office space and a high-rise building. With plans of being home to a five star hotel and apartments. A neomodern design, a first for a Detroit skyline filled with Art-Deco buildings. Maybe a second if you count Little Caesars Headquarters?
