Nathan, You are a bit of a dark horse my friend. Lead with a disclaimer about not being a Carpenter then knock out one of the best designed topping system I have ever seen (& I’ve seen a few). I’m very impressed with your attention to detail, it’s a rare but attractive quality. Did you just nut all that out on pen & paper or did you make CAD Plans? You really nailed it. With all your spare time, I might contract you out on my 2022 Troopy build & you could smash out some Troopy build YT’s (Sleep is over-rated 😂). I really like the way, with just a few minutes you could quickly convert this back to have a more general cargo space above that base draw level. Well done mate. ✊ Besides being good on the tools & a great content creator, what else are you hiding? Will we see you riding a unicycle & juggling flame sticks? 😂 The content on this channel is next level. It would be great to see some travel content (If you get any spare time to actually travel that is). Again, thanks for the effort & time you take with this stuff, it’s actually helping me with my build as ur not short of ideas. 👍
Thanks mate, I really appreciate that! I am definitely very happy with how the final design turned out, albeit I always see the mistakes I've made along the way 😂 To be honest, I didn't actually draw up any plans for the kitchen box. I closely followed the original fridge box dimensions and then made the induction tray and skinny draw as narrow as the black finger ring pull would allow. Once that was sorted I literally built the drawer height while it was in the vehicle to make sure I got the maximum height from it. Haha, spare time... what is that again? The unicycles and flame stick juggling is fading a bit, you know with all the family responsibilities haha 😂 I'm really glad to hear that you are enjoying the channel and even more excited to hear that I'm helping with idea's for your own build. I definitely want to see some photo's of your vehicle once you get it 👍 Cheers.
Considering the recording, editing and building the cruiser.. do you even have time to work ?😉.. very nice looking ride you've got there mate and again, the attention to detail is next level! Cheers Nathan and keep those vids coming 🤙
Haha, there have been some busy times recently 🤔 I think it's almost finished now, so hopefully so more 'big' modifications or build now, just little things to tidy up and fix things. Thanks again mate 👍
Hi Nathan another great video it will interesting when you do weigh and check your rear axle ,with 250 kg Towball weight a draw system & a 50 litre fridge I am close to 1950 kg gvm doesn't help the axle loading. cheers Ian.
Awesome, that's great to hear mate. I appreciate the faith you have in my opinion and I'm glad it was able to help you make a decision for your setup. I am very confident that your system will be awesome, whichever setup you decided on. Chris put's out some great gear! Cheers, Nathan.
Hey Nathan you smashed it out of the park once again with another detailed vid. Can't weigh for your weights vid to drop. Also I don't think you have previously mentioned it but do you any type of tune in the cruiser or just running the lock up kit? Interested on your thoughts on this topic as I'm in two minds of having one performed on my new 200 due to heavy van scheduled for pick up in March. Cheers Paul
Thanks mate, appreciate that! I'm looking forward to figuring out the weights too, albeit slightly anxious 😬 So yes, I am running a tune in the LC200. Both in the ECU and the Transmission. These work in combination with the lockup kit and I have been very, very happy with the final results. Everything works well, zero engine codes or faults and a great increase in power and torque. I have been meaning to do a video on this for a little while now, it's one of those ones that just keep getting pushed back. Cheers, Nathan.
Thanks Jim, I'm very happy with the final result. Very easy to use. Just had the vehicle weighed the other day, going to weigh it fully loaded as well and report back, hopefully in early December... not sure how I feel about the weights at the moment... Cheers.
@@overlandphotography 😂 I feel you! At least we are aware of the weights, manage them and mitigate risks where possible. I believe there are so many people out there that don't consider them at all. Not only does weight effect our 4WD'ing, but more important the legality and safety of driving on public roads.
Thanks, appreciate that. Yes, always using the product that is better suited for the application. Unfortunately still waiting at the moment. We have been in discussion with the manufacturer for some extras for our van specifically, but this also means that we have been pushed back to early/mid next year. It's a little disappointing but I'm sure that it will be worth the wait in the end. Cheers.
Another epic video mate. Just wondering when all the wing and plastic is in place, is the compressor very noisy for people sitting in the car when running?
Thanks mate, very happy with the final result. I'm not aware of any other 'hidden' spots in the LC (other than where I have it mounted). A compressor can also tuck nicely between a drawer system and the rear seats or also in the wing kit storage areas of the drawers. Cheers, Nathan.
Thanks mate, yes the Bluetti AC200P is the unit we use to power the induction cooktops. We have a couple of videos on this system, one reviewing the AC200P and one talking about the induction cooktops. Cheers, Nathan.
Thanks mate, so I didn't get the opportunity to weight the system before being installed,d but after speaking with Chris, I believe the system would be around 60kg (excl. the fridge box and EmWing box - this adds about 20kg more). So not a light unit, but it's one of the compromises of convenience. Cheers, Nathan.
Haha, sleep is over-rated 😂 The cruiser is definitely a big part of my life, but even I have to admit now... it's almost finished.... almost... Cheers.
Feels like I'm sitting a tafe course when I watch your videos

Mate, if I ever won lotto. I’d employ your services as an advisor to fitting out a 4WD. Bud, you are next level. 🤞
Thanks mate, I appreciate that 🙏
well done watched it twice today ..

Thanks mate, appreciate that.

Some amazing Ideas for the MUX .. Thanks mate...
Cheers mate, glad I could provide some ideas!
A well thought out and organised system. Nothing beats experience in fine tuning a setup. 👍👌
Thanks mate, it has been working well, specifically catered for my needs.
Cheers, Nathan.
Great setup Nathan, you’ve obviously put a lot of thought into design based on your needs and it has really paid off.
Thanks mate. I'm very happy with the final result now, turned out just like I planned it.
Cheers.
This is one of the best and versatile rear wagon builds I’ve seen
Excellent presentation as usual
Well done Nathan
Thanks mate. I too am very happy with the final result, it's working very well for us!
Thanks again.

For sure, I am a little worried about the weights, but this is something that will need to be worked on.
Cheers.
Thanks for a professional view and great ideas keep up the good work
Thanks mate, glad you are enjoying the channel.
Cheers, Nathan.
I ordered drawers from Chris (due in May) based on watching your videos . I rate highly your opinion and experience. Thank you

Amazing setup! Thanks for sharing has given me a lot of ideas. Fitted one of Mr Bonser’s tailgate led lights the other week, what a transformation!
Thanks mate, glad it could help out. Yes, how good are the tailgate lights, great solution for rear storage lighting!
Cheers, Nathan.
Lots of well thought out great idea’s. small details make things work better. 👍
Thanks mate, everything is working very well now. Very happy with the overall result.
Cheers, Nathan.
Very well thought out set up mate, helping give me ideas. Cheers Steve
Thanks mate, glad it could help a bit 👍
Cheers, Nathan.
Great setup
Thanks mate 👍
Thanks again for an awesome vid. I’m building up my gxl 200 and you’ve given so many great ideas. This setup is mint.
No problems mate, glad you enjoyed the video and good to hear you were able to get some ideas. All the best with your build.

Very well thought out and practical. Yes, I had a quest about weight as well and I look forward to more info on the whole setup. Great looking 200 !

Awesome work love your videos plain & simple with some great camping hacks. 👍👍
Awesome, thanks mate. Glad you enjoy them.

Another awesome video!! Thanks Mate 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Mike. Bit nervous about weighing the vehicle now, but we can only wait and see.

Excellent video and as usual very helpful. I like that you use what works and not brand specific. Any news on your new van ?

Spot on as always mate, great video 🍻🍻
Thanks mate 👍
Brilliant setup. 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Another epic video mate. Just wondering when all the wing and plastic is in place, is the compressor very noisy for people sitting in the car when running?
Not at all mate, its definitely noticeable, but not offensive.
It only runs for a short time anyway...
Cheers.
Very nice...liked and subscribed
Thanks mate, appreciate it.

Nath. Yes mista - very impressive sir ! Any other addition or space saving spots for an air compressor inflation tank ? V.
Thanks mate, very happy with the final result.

Well done. Does the Bluettie power the induction cookers

well sorted setup, do you happen to know how heavy all the rear drawer ply unit weighs?

What's the 12v booster gizmo you demonstrated the air bed inflator with please?
Where did you get that tool roll with zipper pouches from? The one in the opening segment
Hey mate, these are tool rolls made by Atlas 46. Great pieces of equipment.
Who did the wheel carrier mate?
Hey mate, this is made by Kaymar and installed by ARB. This was done years ago, not sure if they still provide this option these days. 👍
Outstanding 👏👏👏😊😊🐕🦺🇦🇺
Thanks mate, appreciate it 👍
Said it before say it again No Cargo Barrier for your precious cargo !!
Yeah, it's probably I start looking for a solution now that I have essentially finished my setup.
@@XploringOz boab do a cargo barrier that can easily be removed and installed
I bet you don’t sleep at night you be thinking how to improve your car.
Nice job
