There was a lot of experimentation in 2018 with different numbers and arrangements of supporting dancers. They announced at their first concert of 2019 that a dancing support role would be rotating between three new girls called "Avengers". This is a non singing role. That's been the setup for all of concerts from 2019 to 2021. We don't know what the arrangement will be the next time they appear live. BABYMETAL have been on a break (hiatus), but they certainly have not said they are disbanding. They've been teasing snippets of new songs on their membership website. 'PA PA YA!!' is a Summer festival party song. Matsuri Da! (It's a festival!) I wasn't aware of him before this collaboration, but F.HERO is a well known rapper in Thailand. His rap was all in Thai. The lyrics in the rap section use papaya salad as a metaphor for life. It's spicy and sweet, but you have to crush the spices in a mortar to bring out the flavor. : ) BABYMETAL's producer Koba went to Thailand to record F.HERO's track for 'PA PA YA!!'. Brilliant video! I’ve seen BABYMETAL live seven times and I’m waiting to see them for the eighth in April. This song is so much fun to hear live. Someone brought along all those towels the crowd are flying and we all flew our towels when they came to the UK. It was good because it surprised one of the girls and made her giggle. They weren’t expecting the UK audience to have coordinated towel action 😂😂😂

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。When you attend their show someday, you will come to know it is very hard to keep swinging towel above your head for 4 minutes all along. It is fun, though, even if it causes sore shoulder 😄 . In June 2019, F. Hero came all the way to Japan from Thai for the world premiere of this song and he had been very nervous to perform at a huge arena in foreign country. This official video is a compilation of live footage coupled with studio sound. At the actual venue, Su-Metal shouted "Come on F. Hero!" to summon him. And at the end of this song she screamed "Thank you F. Hero!" then the three girls bowed deeply towards him to show their respect. That scene makes me happy.

All I can say is...WOW!!!! This was a song that gets you going and doesn't let up until it ends. And there was several styles I heard in this song. It had rap, death metal, metal ballad, a bit of symphonic metal, and even had a Latin American sound to it, while still keeping the kawaii part going. And it also had epic presentation, I can't come up with enough words to describe what this song has in it. This wound up being a butt- kicking song, straight up no doubt about it. The live series of concerts at Budokan 2021 marks their 10 years anniversary celebration and seal the Metal Resistance chapter along with another seal for the group, fortunately that seal is gonna end sooner or later since they're releasing exclusive snippets of new songs on their digital gallery called "The Other One", a restoration project currently around 52% completed. Babymetal never have afraid of trying something new. In this case they are mixing thai rap with BabyMetal unique sound, although audio isn't an actual live performance, since the official MV got studio sound. Of course with the Kami Band playing behind this song is even better . This is a party festival summer song (Matsuri da), especially for season like this in Japan nowadays, they sing about papaya salad and mixing with other things as an allegory of life to enjoy mixing different stuff, in this case the thai and japanese culture. F.Hero is a thai rapper and he rap about that in his part. Waving your towel while dancing and singing is a must and the girls love that. This song belongs to 3rd album but this one as well many more songs are exploring a different Babymetal side, sometimes more mature, but trying to not lose their fun side. The footage of this was took from BABYMETAL AWAKENS: The Sun Also Rises 2019 and introducing the _avengers_ system, a group of three backup dancers filling the third spot that YuiMetal left (she leaves the group in 2018). Sugoi! If I remember correctly, Su was 21 & Moa was 20 when this was filmed. The 3rd girl, Kano Fujihira, was only 14 at the time. Kano, just like Su & Moa before her, was Student Council President at Sakura Gaukin. Kano turns 18 on August 28 & is a founding member of the all-female J-pop Idol group called @onefive. I believe this is a video from the spring in 2019, but after Yui was sidelined since late 2017 and officially left in the fall of 2018, BM brought the support dancers, called 'Avengers' to bring the formation back to the strongest triangle again. The Avenger in this MV, was Kano Fujihira and she is an adorable junior of Su- and Moa, of course Yui's, too

F Hero is a rapper from Thailand and was rapping in Thai to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle. They are pretty much saying that, much like the salad, mixing the right spices into life will make that better too.. This was filmed on the second night at the start of their 2019 tour. F Hero flew in to Japan specially for the first two shows to perform with BABYMETAL in person. There is a video of this performance with the live audio, so part of what you missed here was Su-metal calling out to welcome F Hero to the stage. The third girl in this video was one of three dancers brought in to take turns filling the third spot in the choreo after Yui left the band in October 2018. This was Kano's very first show with BABYMETAL - she was still only 14 years old. If you see BABYMETAL live remember to take a towel (or buy one from the merch stand) to swing around your head for this song. The song is about a spicy papaya salad in Thailand. The rapper is F.Hero of Thailand and he wrote the rap lyrics. He said that when the Babymetal people call him about working with them. He didn't believe it, he didn't think they even knew who he was. Even on the flight to Japan, he still thought someone would send him home. That was Kano of the Avengers in Yui's place and there are 2 more, Riho and Momoko. Interesting fact, Moa taught all of the Avengers the dances. There have been some teasers released by Babymetal, so think they are coming back with their Jpop/Metal music but a bit more mature. For me, the real question will it be just Su and Moa OR will there be others. So we will see.

That's Kano Fujihira in the third spot here. She, like Su, Moa and Yui, graduated from Sakura Gakuin. She's now a member of the group @onefive along with three other Sakura Gakuin members. You see a trend here, don't you? The third (Yui) spot has never been actually filled since her departure in 2018. Soon there will be an announcement and a new album where we will find out the next direction for Babymetal. In a perfect world Yui would return. I'm hoping it gets released before Su's 25th birthday in Dec. Mostly because they always do big over the top concerts for the birthday shows. That way we can get one of those shows. This is nice recommendation but she needs to take in mind that this song belongs to a special set called officially "Trilogy Of Lights" and that start with Starlight, Shine and Arkadia, in this order, so better Starlight but, before this set i will recommend to watch "Tales Of The Destinies" and "The One", to give more perspective and meanings.🦊🤘
This one of those songs in which Babymetal just do everything they can to make you love them. And as I write that, I hope you know what I mean. All Babymetal songs are like that. But some have other subtle goals of emotion too. Maybe this does too and I'm just missing it. I'll never understand the nuances of the lyrics. Or the intricacies of the music. Only the Fox God knows.

The live series of concerts at Budokan 2021 marks their 10 years anniversary celebration and seal the Metal Resistance chapter along with another seal for the group, fortunately that seal is gonna end sooner or later since they're releasing exclusive snippets of new songs on their digital gallery called "The Other One", a restoration project currently around 52% completed.
Babymetal never have afraid of trying something new.
In this case they are mixing thai rap with BabyMetal unique sound, although audio isn't an actual live performance, since the official MV got studio sound. Of course with the Kami Band playing behind this song is even better

This is a party festival summer song (Matsuri da), especially for season like this in Japan nowadays, they sing about papaya salad and mixing with other things as an allegory of life to enjoy mixing different stuff, in this case the thai and japanese culture.
F.Hero is a thai rapper and he rap about that in his part. Waving your towel while dancing and singing is a must and the girls love that.
This song belongs to 3rd album but this one as well many more songs are exploring a different Babymetal side, sometimes more mature, but trying to not lose their fun side.
The footage of this was took from BABYMETAL AWAKENS: The Sun Also Rises 2019 and introducing the _avengers_ system, a group of three backup dancers filling the third spot that YuiMetal left (she leaves the group in 2018). They rotate so not always you'll see the same one on stage, usually the live official MV is with Kano Fujihira, she started this when having 14 years old, so young like our girls back in their early days. None of them have mic or sing and aren't official members, they just dance.
You got it right at the end, BM got a wide range of songs with different elements and some of them may not be for everyone tastes but is all good as long as you enjoy it, there will be always a BM song that will fit with your mood, especially if you're open minded.

I love live so much I can't enjoy studio version anymore😂)
Sugoi! If I remember correctly, Su was 21 & Moa was 20 when this was filmed. The 3rd girl, Kano Fujihira, was only 14 at the time. Kano, just like Su & Moa before her, was Student Council President at Sakura Gaukin. Kano turns 18 on August 28 & is a founding member of the all-female J-pop Idol group called @onefive.

A just fitting reaction to this song. I believe this is a video from the spring in 2019, but after Yui was sidelined since late 2017 and officially left in the fall of 2018, BM brought the support dancers, called 'Avengers' to bring the formation back to the strongest triangle again. The Avenger in this MV, was Kano Fujihira and she is an adorable junior of Su- and Moa, of course Yui's, too
Great reaction. At the risk of repeating stuff you've already been told .... 'PA PA YA' is a summer festival song - about a spicy green papaya fruit salad. F Hero is a rapper from Thailand and was rapping in Thai to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle.
They are pretty much saying that, much like the salad, mixing the right spices into life will make that better too.. This was filmed on the second night at the start of their 2019 tour. F Hero flew in to Japan specially for the first two shows to perform with BABYMETAL in person.
There is a video of this performance with the live audio, so part of what you missed here was Su-metal calling out to welcome F Hero to the stage.
The third girl in this video was one of three dancers brought in to take turns filling the third spot in the choreo after Yui left the band in October 2018. This was Kano's very first show with BABYMETAL - she was still only 14 years old.
If you see BABYMETAL live remember to take a towel (or buy one from the merch stand) to swing around your head for this song. Seeing everybody doing that makes Su and Moa happy ... and we all want them to be happy all the time. 🦊

"PA PA YA!!" is a dance song with an underlying massage of striving for personal excellence, collaboration with a very well known Thailand rapper from Chiang Rai name Natthawut Srimok nickname Golf but known popularly by his stage name F.HERO (Fukking Hero) and specialise in the Hip-Hop and Rap genre. "Papaya -Pok-Pok= Thai pun phrase means Som-Tam, Thai food made up from papaya-chopped mix up with chilli, tomato, garlic, palm sugar, lots of vegetable and others depends on varies area. The song is about a spicy papaya salad in Thailand. The rapper is F.Hero of Thailand and he wrote the rap lyrics. He said that when the Babymetal people call him about working with them. He didn't believe it, he didn't think they even knew who he was. Even on the flight to Japan, he still thought someone would send him home.
That was Kano of the Avengers in Yui's place and there are 2 more, Riho and Momoko. Interesting fact, Moa taught all of the Avengers the dances.
There have been some teasers released by Babymetal, so think they are coming back with their Jpop/Metal music but a bit more mature. For me, the real question will it be just Su and Moa OR will there be others. So we will see.

It's about making a traditional Thai (?) salad, getting your swim gear and going to your favourite swimming place to have pure fun, and that's pretty much it. No pretensions or embarrassingly deep lyrics, just a call to have fun, and carpe diem, etc.

That's Kano Fujihira in the third spot here. She, like Su, Moa and Yui, graduated from Sakura Gakuin. She's now a member of the group @onefive along with three other Sakura Gakuin members. You see a trend here, don't you?
The third (Yui) spot has never been actually filled since her departure in 2018.
Soon there will be an announcement and a new album where we will find out the next direction for Babymetal. In a perfect world Yui would return. My next choice would be Momoko Okazaki in the third spot. She's also a Sakura Gakuin grad and would fit in well with our girls.
Whatever happens I'm sure it will be surprising and fun. That's what Babymetal is.

Nice reaction. Babymetal has been releasing snippets from what will be their 4th album. When it will finally be released. Only The Fox god Knows as they say. It sounds good so far though. I'm hoping it gets released before Su's 25th birthday in Dec. Mostly because they always do big over the top concerts for the birthday shows. That way we can get one of those shows. They have put out albums in October before. I keep waiting to hear tour dates though. From comments by their management, it sounds like their first concert back might be a virtual one. Now I gotta stay up for the live stream. When that happens.
