the visual of the song changing color is also a very nice touch to tell who is singing ado or dan and when they synchronize the blue and red balance out it just a really good touch from the animator as well as the call back to 80's 90's anime
It's not my favorite Ado song by far, but the amount of people that I've been trying to get to listen to Ado that FINALLY have because of the song is 100% worth the collab. The song is a great showcase of what she can do with her voice so I'm hoping more people in America start listening to her
I’ve heard the other collabs of this song and, I’m not saying this because I am an Ado fan, none of the other collabs contributed to the song the same way Ado has. Creating the verse to show their style but Ado went above and beyond to mold herself in the song from her entrance to its end. A true artist who takes what’s given and makes it her own and balancing out the original artist. 👏🏼👏🏼 It was beautifully done.

What I love about vocal coaches and musicians reacting to music is they help me enjoy music I otherwise would have wrote off. I didn’t like this so much when I listened to it on my own. The way the production team and Ado herself makes this transition and different characters is at the top level. Honestly, I find myself thinking that it reminds me of K-pop style, but it’s just so much better. For me it’s like if you collect all K-pop singers and their talents, and make them together, that’s like first 30 seconds of this song and 5% of Ado’s talent. I know I might be glazing her here a bit, but I really hope that you get to know her, as I want more people to get to know Ado and appreciate her. Not taking anything away from Imagine Dragons at all, but as a hardcore Ado and Japanese music fan in general who has seen ALL of Chris's Ado reactions, some multiple times, it made me really happy to see how much Chris leaned in and got super excited as soon as Ado came in. I have heard every version of "take me to the beach" and none really stuck with me, in fact I really didn't like them like at all, which made me confused since I love literally love every song from Imagine Dragons, but this one? Another artist somewhat similar to Ado you might like reacting to and analyzing is Syudou, he's the producer behind Usseewa. He started off as a vocaloid producer, but he's now mostly doing his own vocals (and also some vocaloid songs still). I'd recommend starting with the song Bakushou if you ever wanna check him out.

I highly recommend you to listen to ADO's cover of "Annoyance". This song was sung by ADO five years ago, she just about 17 years old, but the skills she showed in this song are very surprising and astonishing. It makes me feel that this is a completely different person. She gives me a feeling of how she makes such a crazy sound. Hope you can analyze the singing techniques she used in this song.
I love his respect for both Dan Reynolds and Ado he has, like they have such control of their voices. I definitely think Ado is more locked in, both of them are just solid in this.

I love the editing and overall way this animation is composed! It gives you the whole visual storytelling of how Dan and Ado are being balanced throughout the song and how they blend together, the same way you're saying they're layered in specific ways sometimes orange screens surround a bigger blue one or orange kanji appear in blue screens or even Ado's eye showing up on an orange screen. They break with either orange or blue sparks, depending on who's leading the flow in the moment, sometimes a blue glitch shows up right before Dan's verses... There's a lot being said about how this feat was executed throughout the video and it's amazing! Looks simple, yet stylish but there's a lot to digest on visuals alone!
I think it’d be really cool if you looked at a Roce song. She’s pretty small but she does really fun stuff with her voice, I love it. My second favorite Japanese vocalist right after Ado. I’d personally recommend Megitsune. My favorite of her songs, and it’s probably the song where she does fun stuff with her voice the most.

I highly recommend you to listen to ADO's cover of "Annoyance". This song was sung by ADO five years ago, she just about 17 years old, but the skills she showed in this song are very surprising and astonishing. It makes me feel that this is a completely different person. She gives me a feeling of how she makes such a crazy sound. Hope you can analyze the singing techniques she used in this song.

I love the editing and overall way this animation is composed! It gives you the whole visual storytelling of how Dan and Ado are being balanced throughout the song and how they blend together, the same way you're saying they're layered in specific ways sometimes orange screens surround a bigger blue one or orange kanji appear in blue screens or even Ado's eye showing up on an orange screen. They break with either orange or blue sparks, depending on who's leading the flow in the moment, sometimes a blue glitch shows up right before Dan's verses... There's a lot being said about how this feat was executed throughout the video and it's amazing!

I think it’d be really cool if you looked at a Roce song. She’s pretty small but she does really fun stuff with her voice, I love it. My second favorite Japanese vocalist right after Ado. I’d personally recommend Megitsune. My favorite of her songs, and it’s probably the song where she does fun stuff with her voice the most.

The beginning of the song was okay, it didn't blow me away, but my god her voice just sounded so distinct in this.
