I wore the legend aggressors my 7th and 8th grade year and had the same experience with the grip but after a couple weeks of practice the bumps wore off and they were great. I wore them completely out until they were falling apart lol.

tbh I really didn't like the nike inflict I had USA colored but mainly because they were too sturdy and hard to break in

I had the 95 asics split second, pistacio green, black and a putple stripe on the back. My brother has some early 90s nikes black with an orange swoosh, hard to find.
Admit it y'all. He describes his first Kyle Snyder Turbine Wraps shoe he wore all first year, every practice every match...We would kill to have these. Not the black ones, but the old broken in grey ones. If I had them, I'd edit and loop their description to run non-stop. Probably make it my ring tone.
Gotta have a bit of style when you're wrestling and that starts with the shoes but don't forget the dope socks too. The OG Asics behind you are still my fav.
