- Alec Baldwin's criminal trial for the 'Rust' shooting began Wednesday in the death of Halyna Hutchins. The actor's friends and family showed up in the courtroom to support him, alongside his wife, Hilaria Baldwin.

I don’t believe for a second that he did it purposely it’s just tragic accident. He’s an actor for God sake.
That’s not the point, we all know it was an accident. Still, if the accident was partially caused because he didn’t follow gun safety procedures, and was holding/firing the gun when he shouldn’t have, he is guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Exactly!!! He didn’t even know that the gun was actually loaded with a real bullet
his negligence is punishable, clearly someone paid off the judge.
He was also the producer. Ultimately responsible for everything.
Lol I bet Hilarious will cop it from Alec when they get home for aspects of her courtroom performance. He was so snappy with her when she inserted herself into his roadside interviews.

I remember I was on Twitter when this happened and I saw the crow trending before I wanted to know what it was and then I saw a report to do with this that just said the person died on the set of a movie that he was involved in I learned the day later that was actually him who Caused the death

Do you not know what involuntary manslaughter means? It means that he didn’t intend to kill her and that it happened involuntarily. You can take someone’s life due to an accident and still be held criminally responsible.
It’s on the person who loaded the gun before handing it to the assistant Director because Alec wasn’t aware of the real bullet therefore he’s innocent
