For anybody that's curious this is the easy way to install a harness they're not utilizing the included relay and hooking power to battery which results in the horns not being as loud and not being able to sound off as long as they should be
@ImportImageRacing - thanks Jim for all you do! Installed Hella Horns last weekend behind a Noble X brace and Noble Platinum carbon fiber grill.. and it’s dope! Thanks again - really appreciate all your content. ✌️
@@ImportImageRacing, of course! I added some pics to my review for the platinum carbon grill; it’s the most recent, check em out if ya get a chance. Carbon bulge hood scoop is next. ✌️
The bracket is not a flat bracket. You can mount it one way to stick the horns closer to the grill. Or flip it 180* for added clearance behind accessories like the Noble X-brace!
I meant use the alignment pin. I see what you’re saying about the horn bracket. Heck, if someone wanted to do the sports grille, brace, and horn setup it looks like you could do it in an afternoon. I love Subarus. So easy to work on for the biggest part.
Yes, there are two horns from the factory. You can choose to disconnect 1, or both! But for the most powerful horn output, we left the second horn connected! 🔊🔊🔊
Looks pretty solid! You had some good homies helping u out 👌🏽 where’d u get the paint for the project? Debating doing at least the rear bumper on my VB!
My horns wouldn’t work with both plugs in the back of the horns. It would just blow a fuse. Once I took one of the ground off now they both work… weird

I was wondering about that too. Thank you for pointing this out. I will probably purchase horns, relay and bracket and make my own harness.
I was kinda hoping for a sound comparison
Just listen to that one then go hit your horn lol
Honestly doesn’t sound too different than oem 🤷🏼♀️ only reason I decided not to get hella horns.
OK neat I was thinking instead of horns using this as a light bar mount for low profile light bar or pod lights.
I like that idea! 🤘🏼
Glad to see this available!

Great video man gonna do this soon! Thanks!
Finally. Saw this listed on the website yesterday. Do you know if this will work with the perrinhirn bracket with the noble front crossbrace?
We have not tried it with the Perrin bracket but it does work with the Noble one!
Isn’t the other horn utilized for the alarm arming etc? I would have thought this woukd have talped into both horn connectors as well
Silly question of the day. If you took off the brace, could you mount the horn bracket using the alignment pin?? Then reinstall the brace??

I would have thought the drivers side horn needed disconnecting?...there are 2 horns on the vehicle stock.

Finally a jarness
Can i use that harness on the 19+ forester?

Did you use a preassembled wiring harness like the Noble HELLA HORN harness? Or did you source your own wiring?
No sound clips?
They did lol
I literally beep the horn @4:38…..
@@BuckleUpGarage_ LMFAO HOW TF did I miss that!?!?!?! SORRY LOL of course it was the 2 seconds I skipped searching for it. Tell Dane I said hi!

This is cool but took so long i wired then myself 😊
Can someone tell me why so many people replace their horns? I am installing an ooga horn but that's because I am retarded.
WResss
Same garbage Asian meep meep horn as before. Should’ve upgraded to Fiamm highway blasters trumpet horns.
Sorry fam, maybe next time….
Sounds as bad as OEM, thanks no thanks
