    Man, what an excellent, well explained and through video! Seriously, thank you! Growing up, I wasn’t really taught proper dental care, and never really have gone to a dentist. It has left me with a painful, unsightly, smelly, unhealthy, expensive mess of a mouth. Videos like this help me understand not only my own personal care, but my kids, too. I have them brush morning and night, but I was extremely alarmed and upset when my son had 2 cavities… i feel like a damn failure of a parent! I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to make such an excellent video, that helps me understand what i need to be doing. My teeth may be too far gone at this point, but I can not have my kids teeth ending up like mine. Youre a god send sir!

      It actually WAS taught in elementary school in the early 80s (in my city: county)The school nurse even brought in mouth wash after lunch to promote oral health and we were given pamphlets to take home to share with our parents.

      I didn't even know about floss until I was 15!
      As kids, we never were taken to the dentist unless we were having pain. I never had any cavities, so I think maybe the first time I may have gone to the dentist, out of country, because of expense, was to get braces at 12.
      As a child, I hardly ever ate sweets, so guessing that was a good thing for my teeth.

    I just found your RUclips channel and I'm pretty surprised that I do a couple of things that you showed in this video, even though others have told me not to do that. Mainly, I move the electric toothbrush while brushing, I find it does make them feel a lot cleaner then just resting it on the teeth. Secondly, I have had times where I flossed before brushing. Seeing this video now, I'm going to start doing that all the time now. Thanks for the dental tips!

    Nice! This kind of electric toothbrush head style is just what I've been looking for, so thanks!
    I looked into Burst, but it seems like people are unhappy with their new models/ longevity.
    I've tried many Oralb & Sonicare brushes over the years, & never was completely happy. And I just don't understand the brush heads being mostly medium. Not happy about how they cleaned either. So I ordered this Ezzi & am trying it out. It really does seen to clean way better than anything I've ever tried. Still getting used to brushing very lightly & using small movements. So far, I'm loving it!
    I had to laugh at the LEGO analogy. Oh you'd better make sure to have your kids pick them all up before bed, or you will painfully be stepping on them in the middle of the night!!!

    Hi I’ve been following you for a while. I had an appointment yesterday and had TWO cavities. It was very disappointing because I brush twice a day, do intermittent fasting, I don’t eat a lot of sweets and I also try to floss every single night. I even switched to sensodine since you said it’s a gentle toothpaste. I don’t get it. My teeth are white, straight and look very nice. I didn’t have any plaque. But two cavities jeez. I don’t know if it’s because I had 3 back to back pregnancies and breastfeeding maybe it weakened my teeth? My dentist recommended “act” mouth wash. What do you think?? I do drink a ton of plain seltzer water and sparkling water every single day. Maybe that’s it?

    • @AyySorento
      @AyySorento 2 года назад +6

      It's not what you use. It's how you use it. If you are bushing your teeth poorly twice a day (duration, brush angle, agitation), it won't matter. You can floss daily, but if you are not getting deep in between your teeth, you are wasting your time. Teeth and diet are different for everybody though. Mouthwash and/or a prescribed floride addition to your toothpaste could benefit if your dentist says so. A good dentist knows how to spot weak areas or where cavities could be forming and take preventative measures before it gets worse.

      @TheDiogoz1 Год назад +3

      Also the seltzer and sparkling water can totally be a factor, since altough very little they still contain carbonic acid! Of course your situation most likely came about due to a variety of factors, not just a specific one! 🙂
