Really enjoyed using the band and ball. The band really helped workout some of those muscles that you don’t always get to fine tune. Of course, you know I love working on abs with a ball. :)

Hope you enjoyed the slower pace so you could really get MORE out of the band and ball. My core and thighs were shaking towards the end of this one!
