    Hope you enjoyed the slower pace so you could really get MORE out of the band and ball. My core and thighs were shaking towards the end of this one!

    Very nice, I did this after a body pump class. I don’t have bands but I felt it all the same. 💕

    Really enjoyed using the band and ball. The band really helped workout some of those muscles that you don’t always get to fine tune. Of course, you know I love working on abs with a ball. :)

    Love your workouts Michelle! I love the idea of using the ball behind your back when doing abs. I can't do a full crunch due to diastasis recti. I had not seen this option before. Thank you!
