Like the taxidermied wolf that points Mike to the fishing rod has heterochromia, just like his old dog.
As someone who also never done escape rooms I really hated this movie. The characters to me were pretty blend and stereotypical and the movie itself is pretty boring. Sure, the Saw traps were amazing, but in my opinion the level of detail and work that must have gone into creating these rooms, both in real life and in the movie is way more impressive than the saw traps
In the first room, the fist two heaters didn’t have to be turned on, because the triggers were the lock on the door and the fire extinguisher being out of place. The last heater, however (that burned the room down) was triggered by the empty water filler that they had to use to fill up the cups to put on the coasters. But, since they triggered the heaters, Zoey went to grab Amanda some water to calm her down, which resulted in them having just barely enough water to fill up the cups. Which makes me think, what if the heater were never turned on by the players? They would have enough water and water filler would still have some water in it, resulting in not triggering the last heater to burn it all down. That way, the survivors would still have proof when to got out to show the police.
watching this in class was truly an experience. i didn’t like my class but everyone getting together and trying to figure out how to win was such a fun thing

As someone who's never done escape rooms: I honestly loved this movie. I also really love the small details that foreshadow the reveal that the game runners know everything about the participants. Like the taxidermied wolf that points Mike to the fishing rod has heterochromia, just like his old dog.
As someone who also never done escape rooms I really hated this movie. The characters to me were pretty blend and stereotypical and the movie itself is pretty boring.
