Is there any way to use Blender, by itself, to create 3D 180 degree videos, that are compatible with Facebook and RUclips? Can I do it entirely within Blender, or do I need another program to process it first?

It may need to be much larger unfortunately. If it’s only a problem in RUclips, it may be an issue with YT’s compression.
