I remember working on M-STAR when it was in for maintenance at ATC Lasham Southend, the interior looks just as stunning as the outside.

The West Star Takes off So Smoothly, Experienced Pilot. He has been with her for awhile. Admittedly the M-Star Boeing 727 looks the Part.

N800AK first flew with American Airlines in 1968 - M-STAR 1981, just a baby really - aviation history still in the sky today.

Hello amc3, thanks a lot for taking the time to watch and comment on my video of the Boeing 727s at London Stansted. It is great to see older aircraft now, what with these, the Russian Ilyushin's and the Orbis MD-10 recently, it's been quite nice to catch them. Thanks for the info about the aircraft ages too. Definitely Boeing classics :-)

Hello Edward, thanks a lot for watching my video of the 727 at London Stansted. I was lucky to capture these, and even more so that they came in within weeks of each other meaning I could get two in one video. I am pleased you enjoyed it and thank you for your kind comment. Much appreciated.

Hush kits and Winglets. Trying to tame the old girl. Great video but I wish we could see some without winglets atleast. Great video!

Hello Boeingfan727 thanks for watching my video of 727's at London Stansted; these jets are very rare in Europe so it's been great to capture two models so close to each other. The last time I filmed a 727 without winglets was for this FedEX which was going to a museum in Turkey ruclips.net/video/b6E8_syke2I/видео.html

Well atleast you were able to see them before they fade away into history. I believe, don't quote me I've only seen one airborne maybe. I was leaving work at Lambert St Louis Airport and I think it flew right over my car on approach. Keep the amazing videos coming!

Ahh, Lambert St Louis, that was the last time - the only time I flew on a 727 with TWA. Thanks a lot for your kind comments.

That that was a quick takeoff from M-Start. How much runway does it need for takeoff?

The bulge in engine number 2 is because this aircraft has the Rolls tay engines. We had 59 of those at UPS.

I noticed that N800AK had a large bulge on engine no 2.I assume this aircraft's engines are JT-8Ds,as l know there was a conversion offered.
    Anyway,great job as ever😎👍❤!

correct me if i'm wrong,N800AK used to belong to Donald Trump. ops! just found out it is not N800AK, it's VP-BDJ also owned by Weststar Aviation.
