    to help people with my case , i am 1.87cm and around 85kg , and even though i had Aeron B at office and was super comfy , i decided to buy a C size at home, and the worst part with C size is that the mesh did not give me the same support like the B size in both seat part and lumbar support. Yes the finger test failing in the B size but for me the B size just offers me the best lumber support. In addiiton the end point of the seat was almost cutting my thigh cicrulation, and did not feel comfortable at all. B feels just tight and supportive while C size i felt i was sinking. Saying that i think the C size is truly for people above 190cm so they do not sink in the mesh since is big seat, but again for every person is different.

    Is the mesh on the C version supposed to be noticably softer (less resistance to press) than the B version? I have both here and it seems the C version is weaker that way.

      Hello, and thank you for your comment! It’s not always straightforward. Users within your weight and height range might find both options suitable. You're currently in a gray area where trying the chair is the best way to decide. Congratulations on your new Aeron chair!

    Thanks for posting this video. I am in the market now for a new AEON chair. I like a deep seat. The C chair has 18.25 inches of depth which is sufficient. But I wondering whether the AEON chair seat slides in and out. My current chair has that feature. It slides out about 1.5 inches. But it doesn't look like AEON chair does that. Does it not? I know I can tilt but I specifically would like to slide the seat in and out.

    • @OfficeLogixShop
      @OfficeLogixShop  Год назад +1

      Hello there. That's a good question. Aeron chairs don’t have seat depth (slide features). Hence, the need for multiple sizes.

    Can a person change a b size back rest with a C size? I know the parts are interchangeable for the most part.

    • @OfficeLogixShop
      @OfficeLogixShop  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hello there. Each size of the Aeron chair, including sizes B and C, is uniquely designed with specific measurements and dimensions. Due to these size variations, a Size C backrest is incompatible with a Size B chair, as it is larger and will not properly fit. Therefore, it's essential to use the backrest that corresponds to the specific size of your Aeron chair.

    I recently found someone selling a herman miller remastered, used only for 1 year in beautiful condition with receipt to prove year and authenticity, the buyer is legit and the chair is great condition. However, I am 5ft10.5 in height (178CM) and 182 pounds but the chair is a size A. From my understanding of looking at sizes, I would be best suited to a size b and A may be too small, do you think this chair would fit me okay or i should just keep looking? The price is pretty good at $600 after some bargaining, but it will take me 1 hour to get there so I don't want to drive all the way if you think its just not going to fit. Would appreciate a response, thank you for your videos!

    • @OfficeLogixShop
      @OfficeLogixShop  4 месяца назад

      Hello there! Thank you for your question. We generally don't recommend the Aeron for sitting cross legged as the frame will dig into your legs. We found that the Herman Miller Embody or the Steelcase Gesture are better for sitting cross legged. With that being said, if you have access to the Aeron, you can try it yourself to have a clearer understanding. All the best!

    • @OfficeLogixShop
      @OfficeLogixShop  9 месяцев назад

      Hello there! Both sizes feel the same. What you're probably referring to is the tightness, which is not related to the size either. The biggest factor, when talking about new OEM parts, is the mesh age. With time, the mesh kind of become a bit looser.
