    Thank You Charles this is such a help for any fighter. The level depth that Cuban fighters have really highlights why Cuban fighters have continued to dominate the amateur game and the Olympics.

    I made 10 round workout out of this. Half a round each slip. Last 2 rounds I randomly slipped my shadow opponents attacks with counter. Thanks again, sir.

    Hi coach Charles. Looking great as always. Just wondering why that small detail of using the foot for slipping right and left no other coach in RUclips mentioned it before. From where did you knew that technique?
    I learned it from your channel and now I implement it on my shadow boxing and I teach other beginners on it also.

      Sorry and I have other question hopefully you answer 😊
      I just don’t know why sometimes slip in the lead foot and sometimes on the rear foot. What is the scenarios to use this and that?

    • @Charlessalbox
      @Charlessalbox  Год назад

      ive been analysing boxing and what boxers do instinctively

    • @Charlessalbox
      @Charlessalbox  Год назад

      The lead foot is more for when you react to something unexpected or when you attack, the rear foot slip is normally when you bait your opponent with the lead foot and come jnto range and slip on the rear foot after.
