Destination: Sun Valley, Idaho

This week, Joe Lammers visits a Hollywood favourite, Sun Valley, Idaho. Opened in 1936 by the Union Pacific Railroad, Sun Valley is America\'s first destination resort. The resort became an instant success, visited by European nobility and Hollywood royalty. Bright, sunny days with comfortable temperatures combined with long, wide-open groomed runs, powder bowls, incredible scenery and Western hospitality will make a visit to Sun Valley second to none.

My aunt lives in Sunvally and I go there every March. Everything he said is true and all the pictures and videos are actully in Sunvally. Its is a great place to be.

Sometimes it lacks snow but the main mountain, Baldy is first class and the town Ketchum is a great ski town. One of my top five ski mountains. The others being, Big Sky, Taos, Telluride, and Snow Basin.

I have skied on Baldy and Ketchum is great! The people are so nice! When I go to Sunvally in about 2 weeks, i will post a video so be sure to be watching my channel for that.

Just there last week for spring skiing. I wish the snow was like this! It was still fun though. They're right about no lift lines! Nice place to ski.

200 " s a year? I don't think that's a strong bragging point. Unless the snow is more amazing than the 500 to 600 inches of powder Alta/Snowbird gets. But your terrain is very impressive for cruising, bumps,. Are the patrollers strict fun Police?

Well, no lift lines normally. I currently work at this resort and during the holiday season, Christmas and New Years, the lines can get pretty bad. But thats at Christmas Lift and the Gondola.
