Perfect timing. I literally started my 5 day fast yesterday. And I decided that today I was going to start my 21 day journey of transforming my Mind, Body, and Soul🦋✨
I was meditating the other day in my backyard and I started feeling energy entering my body through my legs. Then I lowered my hands and touched the earth and it felt as if electricity was flowing through my fingers. Idk what exactly I experienced, but it felt like the earth was charging me. I then felt this pressure in my forehead, it hurt but felt good at the same time. It felt like all of the bad energy was leaving my body through my third eye while nature was recharging me 🕊✨
Her book “More Myself” is a great read! If you haven’t already read it, I recommend it! So many gems in it just from her sharing her own personal story.

I found this video because I googled “Alicia Keys healer.” I had no idea she did this, but I was watching a random video about her makeup line and was remembering one other video I saw of her a couple years ago, and I thought, “she is a healer.” I then googled it and found out she already knows. Of course she does. Amazing. I don’t believe in celebrity worship, but the very few times I’ve seen Alicia in videos, I fell in love with her.

But then I saw this and felt called to do this. I received a message a month back to take a trip to help me come into union and much ties together now. A door has just been opened. Thank you. It’s not just the trip. It’s the journey. 🙏🏻
