My mom and I LOVE WATCHING YOU ENJOY OUR FILIPINO FOOD. You must come to Philippines and enjoy some more Filipino cuisine and the sceneries not to mention the people. More to Filipino food taste please
Your video popped up on my feed. I’m so glad I watched it! I would have gone to their old location and probably also have gotten a heart attack if I saw an empty store. I’ve only always ordered their different kinds of sisig. But now you make me wanna try their palabok and spaghetti also. I enjoyed watching you eat all these yummy Filipino foods! I’m gonna let Mama Fina’s know about your channel and how it’s through you I found out of their new location. 😊
Here in the Philippines, we use calamansi instead of lemon to put on dishes like pansit palabok and sisig. Personally, I notice the difference when you put lemon or calamansi, and I have to say, calamansi is so much better. You can only imagine how good the food here taste like with local calamansi.
got calamansi tree out in the backyard bearing fruit all year round ranging from half an inch to 1.5" depending on the california climate funny thing is i actually squeeze about half a gallon of it the other day and have a cup on me also got guava tree growing and make ginataang bayabas when it bears fruit (cooking guava in coconut milk)

Been waiting for another Filipino cuisine review, finally 😊 Love your videos man! As a Filipino it's very satisfying to see you enjoy those scrumptious meals. Sisig is also one of my all-time favorites, especially if it's spicy with lots of onions and chicharon 🤤😋 Awesome review as always 👍👏🏻
Bro, I’m Filipino. Going to Mama Fina’s this weekend for the fried chicken 🍗 & spaghetti 🍝😊 Plus, pancit palabok & pork sisig🤤🤤 The BEST❣️🥳 We ❤love that you enjoy Filipino food😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I'm sooooo glad that you made an entire video dedicated to eating the spaghetti with the chicken cause when I see people try Jollibee or Filipino food, I NEVER see people eat the chicken with the spaghetti even though its one of my favorite combinations ever
I'm from the philippines, love watching your reactions of our food, but if you really want to experience sisig more, we usually make sauces to pair with sisig especially soy sauce and calamnsi, lemon has a bit more strong acidity than calamnsi and tastes a bit more different, you should try looking for calamnsi then mix it with soy sauce and some small chili peppers.
Aaaayy nice background switch up!! The TLC that East coast restaurants have is one of the only things that tempt me to move back. Love the energy, passion and never holding back in all your videos! Gets me looking forward to my bedtime mukbang lullabies 😂
Part Filipino myself, I learned to cook many dishes... my mother said a way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Maybe you will meet a wonderful Filipina lady who can cook ❤.
Palabok sauce is actually made of shrimp, lots of garlic and the orange color is just food coloring. The way we cook this is we add a little pork flavor to it, so it would be more savory to eat
Bro... you don't need to tell you that #MamaFina's 👑is LEGIT! Bro... this is authentic, homemade Filipino food. The same food we eat in "potluck" parties in special occasions.
If your ever in So Cal, you should try Gerry's grill and dollar hits street food in L.A. You want to experience Filipino street food. Dollar hits has been in many people vlogs.L.A got Filipino town next to Korea town in downtown L.A and every corner got so Filipino restaurant. Next try lechon kawali or Krispy pata, and bulalo. I don't think you would ever try anything else if you get one of those food. I don't know if in Jersey they got someone that can cook it the right way, but we don't really know.
What I most enjoy watching when you try different foods: Your eyes lights up. Then the small smile, but no talking. Just dead silence. You're making me hungry. Again. And it's 3:01 am😄 "It almost makes you want to ALMOST (emphasized) makes you want to break up with Jollibee." LOL Enjoy and Stay safe!
My first time trying pansit abroad they used lemon, and immediately I was like, not the same, people! Calamansi is hard to come by abroad so I guess they have to make do with any citrus. But in the Phil's calamansi is ubiquitous.
Man, Filipino food looks so good, I wish someone could make a halal version, though like always your videos are a big W! Have a blessed and healthy day! Edit: I'm sorry if it's annoying that I make long comments.
The thing about Filipino food is that majority of it uses pork. We've made cooking pork into an art form here in the islands. There are halal Filipino dishes though they don't get as much exposure. Our Muslim brothers and sisters living in the Mindanao island group to the south of the country have their own halal dishes that share their roots with Indonesian, Malaysian and Bruneian cuisine.
I’m so glad I got Jolliebee and I didn’t know you were eating Filipino food. I ate the mukbang with you started with the fried chicken and yes, I topped the chicken with the spaghetti like you did so good!!! Then moving on to the palabok so delicious🤤 I wish I had the sisig dish but, I am very satisfied and happy. Big W dinner 😋 had the pineapple quencher so refreshing!! I was too stuffed to eat my peach mango pie 🥧
if you like veggies try laing or gisadong petsay and when it comes to meat try bulalo(beefsoup) adobo(chicken.pork.sitaw/beans) sinigang na baboy(pork)
One of the reason why I moved to Jersey lmao, Mama Fina's is hands down one of the best Filo Restaurant! Pusit and Bangus Sisig are more favorites! PS: I would love to know your Fitness routine! So I can eat what I want and still be jacked xD
I think you have Pilipino blood in you. Not many non-Pilipinos would react like you when tasting Pilipino food. Anthony Bourdain, the famous chef who passed away a few years ago said Sisig is the dish that will put Pilipino cuisine on the food map. You are so entertaining and funny when you eat.😂
Hello, Thanks for featuring filipino foods on your channel.. :) Anyhow, you might want to try crispy pata and bulalo on your next filipino food venture.. Crispy pata is deep fried pork legs, you can dip into soysouce with lemon and chillies. And for bulalo, its a soup based beef broth with chunky beef pieces and bone marrow, best partnered with white rice. Lastly, you might also want to try our famous lechon.. :) Much love from the Phils 🇵🇭 😊😊😊😊
My grandpa always told me "Everything tastes better with calamansi". You could literally put calamansi on anything whether if it's savory or sweet, it will always add to the flavor.
