There is a supposed secret recipe of 1 bottle 75W-140NS and 1 bottle ATF that quiets the noise, at least from the old E46/36 days. it seemed to work but I only ran it for about 500 miles before switching back to Dual mass and went back to OEM MTL
yes. 335s are nightmares to maintain. the N54 is a great engine, but everything about it is just needy. the N52 cars are a dream to own by comparison. 335s are tuner bargains though.
I too would advise against it, poorly engineered water pumps, finicky sensors, thin brake rotors needing replacement with pads every time, and lots of various cabin rattles, its a great car to look at but just an absolute pain in the ass to maintain and the stiff ride gets old QUICK.
Mohannad Osama my good friend here that runs TRUEFORM TECHNOLOGIES has the world record for stock frame twin turbos at 627whp (or around there). completely stock engine. the n54 is a phenomenal engine but they're not cheap or easy cars to own.
hahaha, ty for the laughf, gotta love a smooth mod/repair
Whoever opens it up next is gonna laugh haha
Wagon parades are the best parades.
Wagons are best. Sell me CHs.
NOW THAT WAS COOL
how did this clutch feel ? increased pedal pressure ? biting point is stock or lower ?
customer car like 8 years ago, no idea.
lol mark that you torqued it. with a phallic symbol haha that's super funny
:D
'Its german' 😂😂 dead as fuck
You guys forgot to tell him when you got to fly wheel didn’t have that metal pieces that you had to take it out of the old one
if you're dumb enough to not realize you have to move the dowels over, you shouldn't be working on a car.
Is the difference from a dual mass to single mass very noticable?
lots of gear lash noise afterward but nicer to drive and better for power handling.
Thank you!

I'm thinking of getting a 335i , already know the difference between it and the 330 , but is it harder to maintain ?

Ovalbore I heard that a tune could easily push the car 400+ , it sounded tempting until you told me it's hard to maintain
