+1 to explicit modifiers most likely just means that if it rolls with 4 or 5 explicits, it goes up by one. I wouldn't count on it being able to ignore the basic item rules. You can stack all corpses that don't specify otherwise, so if it worked as you suggested, you could just stack +1 explicit mod, which would of course be broken.
I'm playing as a duo spark + aurabot, we tought of going delirium + speccing the league itself. And I don't think scarab will be worth a lot on day 1-2, but cluster will. what do you think?
in the ziz interview mark 2 said that 100 would take out roughly the bottom half of the modifiers, and 200 would take out roughly the bottom 3 quarters.
its hoenstly so nice the fact that even if the farm we chose on the atlas doesnt work we just get to do another with multiple atlas trees such a good update
if you look at the crafting book when you are choosing the item to craft it will say "with 4 explicit modifiers" the +1 gets you to 5, a second will get you to 6. I made the mistake and put in 3 of them and ended up with a 6 mod.
Are the corps crafts tied to a specific type of mob? Looking at the crafting options from the mechanic, on the right side there are different icons with lvls. Could this mean that certain crafts are tied to specific mob type? For example, speed crafts would come from beast type mobs and etc..
Tuna, for the league mechanic nodes, why would you select all 3 of the 100% increased chance nodes? You just make them all the same likelihood like before you spent the points
It’s 100% increased not 100% total. For example, assume each one has a 15% chance to occur. Taking a node doesn’t make it 115%, it makes it 30%. So taking all three increased nodes just makes it so each of those special outcomes is more common to appear instead of a “basic” outcome.
One thing I noticed is we are getting a lot of increased map mods from the atlas. That means extremely rippy but likely rewarding map. Idk what the balance is
I'm wondering what is the viability of combining this strategy with Back to Basics + the map modifier nodes. The description seems to imply that scarabs, the league mechanic, and influences will still work.
Something funny I just thought of, create a unique body armor with no strength requirement so you can run a blunderbore without giving up your timeless jewel slot on a trash keystone. Could be really funny stacking shrines with the scarab that adds bosses to shrines. Imagine tornado shot with 15 giga shrine buffs and headhunter deleting maps.
@@CrouchingTunahow would you compare exsang mines vs CF champ? I’m torn between the two. I don’t mind mine playstyle. Pressing adrenaline every 20 sec is not a big problem too I think. Depends on what else you are doing, he wants to buff pack size and magic pack size making it better to ensure maximum number of beyond mobs as opposed to just wanting the currency drops from the boss. If you weren't buffing pack size it makes sense to not take the keystone yes
I personally think the bosses are giga annoying, and mobs tend to drop a decent amount of currency also but if you purely just want tainted currency then no keystone is probably better
I BELIEVE it was confirmed in the Ziz interview that you could favour t17's to encourage target farming specific ubers. It does mean that you might get less t17's if you dont favour them all, but if you favour all the t17's then you can guarantee every t17 upgrade that triggers will generate a t17 map. Assuming you can favour them of course
T17 only drop from t16, so I don't think you can favor them. They are just linked to be dropped from specific t16 maps. So if you want the t17 "fortress" map you just target the t16 maps that are linked to guarantee dropping the t17 "fortress" map. My understanding is that all maps are somehow linked you just need to upgrade them to t16 via voidstones. If that is the case I hope that we won't have to go to a wiki to see which ones are linked to which t17 maps for target farming.
Yea it seems completely broken. I didn't want to say numbers cos at this point I'd just be talking out my ass but that's why I hope to test and make some follow up videos when league is live
Mark did warn that this doesn't affect your chances of rolling a mod, so setting the threshold so high that it can only roll the very rare t1 mod might be counterproductive. If you just want to avoid bad mods or will only accept a mirror tier outcome then go nuts, but if you want a decent chance of getting a decently high roll you might be better off setting the threshold where it can still roll t2, for example.
@@nefstead to make it super likely that u do hit the mod u can use the %chance for physical mods(sure that can just hit hybrid or flat but i would say those are good outcomes too, just not BiS) but yeah i agree with u, limiting just for t2 is prob the best for 99% of players
