Anyway, at this point im actually quite shocked at how much they seem to be reusing/rehashing vocal hooks, and guitar riffs/progressions. Wait until you hear the new single never dawn. Its not bad at all! It just leaves me feeling a tad underwhelmed because it feels like inferior version of so many songs from this record.

I almost fell off my chair at 0:14 . I wasn't expecting a heavy song like this at all. But i really really like it even though it sounded weird at first when he started screaming. I mean i clicked on a Lacuna Coil video, lol. After listening to the whole song i'm pretty sure this is going to be the best Lacuna Coil album. Me and my dad went to see Lacuna Coil live at the Garage in Glasgow and wow that was just AMAZING! So much effort was put into this concert. Definitely should go and see and experience it for yourself .

Underneath all the droptuned riffs and slap bass lies the same gothic flavor that made their early material so memorable. On top of that it still had some great tunes in that style like What I See, In Visible Light, Without Fear, and the B-side tracks (no idea why those were cut, they're better than the album in general). But I do see where you're coming from. I think Dark Adrenaline had its heart in the right place on some of its songs too but even I'd say it's a bit hit and miss.

I was already in love with their old albums, but Delirium is definetly the best one. Harder, more aggressive but still beautiful and with great melodies. This is a Masterpiece!

I do really like the fact how Andrea has these intense growls while Cristina comes in with her perfect melodic vocals making these two the perfect duo for Lacuna Coil. This is by far the most impressive song I have ever heard from the Italian Gothfathers.

I think the whole song is just insane. I love "Epic" sounding music, this song just elevates you to such a level. The chorus just soars. It's my fave LC song and it's just incredible live, I think I may have cried when I heard it in Manchester.

I totally agree. Some LC fans do revert too much back to thoughts of the first two albums. Progression is almost always met with harsh criticism. With them losing so many members this is great progression.

This sounds great. There are death growls but they are not ridicoulous and/or impossible to understand. Christina Scabbia is going near operatic in parts with her vocals in here. It's literally increased intensity all the way around. And it sounds great. Can't wait for the new album. Now if only we could get another live dvd with songs after the karmacode era.
Sounds like a straight expansion of Karmacode's sound to me. That said, it's a hell of an expansion - the guitars are roaring, the drums are pounding, and Andrea's bringing it with those growls. He hasn't done that since Angel's Punishment on Comalies. Cristina's performance lends it a bit of an In A Reverie flavored undercurrent as well. Pretty good.
