INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE MARINATED:
Mutton Chop= 500 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
For The Tadka:
Desi Ghee= 1/2 cup
Bay Leaf= 2
Black Cardamom= 2
Cinnamon Stick= 2 inch
Green Cardamom= 5
Mace= 1
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Green Chilli= 1 tbsp
Onion= 300 gm
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Tomato= 200 gm
Water= 1500 gm
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 2 pinch
Ginger= 1 tbsp (julienne)
Fresh Coriander= 2 tbsp
Butter= 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste
