If I may suggest (and I know that you don't like Tarja's operatic style that much), but if there's ever been even a couple of songs where you like even a little bit Tarja's voice, then I highly suggest that you also check out this Gethsemane with Tarja from 1999 (if for nothing else, to see their baby-faces back then) AND also The Siren (2005 live End of an Era). She's phenomenal in both of those, Floor's also done the Siren and that's awesome too!

I agree Troy adds another dimension to Nightwish. Gethsemane was written for Tarja, it’s from their second album Oceanborn but Floor does a pretty good job with this’un. I’m a bit late with watching this one as somehow my notifications had been turned off and only discovered when I was thinking I hadn’t seen a reaction from you for awhile. Loved your comment on you not typing much. I got nerve damage on my right hand, from elbow down. I can squeeze but not open that hand properly. But I'm lefty thank goodness, doctor said it can take as long as 2 months to heal.

I have attended 3 decades shows, and Floor never does the songs as copies, I think she adjust her voice and presence, to the actual audience - there are tiny changes always - it's so cool. And the way she switches in and out of different styles and adds colors or distortion or whatever - in one sentence!
