RECIPE:
100grams (3) Cold Egg whites
150grams (3/4 cup) Castor Sugar
225grams (1 cup) Soft Unsalted Butter
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1cup = 240ml, 1tbsp = 15ml, 1tsp = 5ml - Хобби

I prefer unsalted but use salted if thats what you have you might have to increase the sugar a little bit

@@Adilicious thank you for the reply. Can you suggest a hand beater which can be used for Smbc and also good enough to knead bread? Currently I'm using phillips 300w. It's good for cakes and also just ok to knead a small loaf.

Beat when its hot till it comes to room temperature keep beating

Before adding butter if its not in room temperature pop it into fridge until it comes to normal temperature then bring it out whisk it a little till it forms peak then add butter
