Since my girlfriend dumped me on my birthday, I haven't stopped watching these videos and I have been hooked ever since. Your the best friend I'll most likely never meet but I feel more of a connection between us then any of my other friends. Thank you Simon
Don’t worry...there are another 3 billion ladies out there.
As the requester of the video, thank you! I've always found Dr. Livingstone to be an interesting character, especially his forays across Africa.
New subject: Louis and Mary Leakey and their discoveries at the Olduvai Gorge.
Thanks again for the Livingstone video!
As a Mokwena from Botswana who speaks Setswana, the facts said here are true. Thank you Simon for the video.
I'd like to see a video about Genrikh Yagoda or Lazar Kaganovich
I wonder why Simon hasn't, maybe he's afraid to draw attention to their ethnic background and the horrible crimes they commited.
Some scholars estimate Yagoda could have killed as much as 20 million people.
Lazar Kaganovich was the main architect of the Holodomor, were they purposefully starved 4 million Ukrainians to death.
Then there's also Idel Jakobson, Salomon Morel, Józef Różański, Anatol Fejgin, Stefan Michnik and Ana Pauker(aka Stalin in a Skirt).
And also Isia Davidovich Berg, who invented the gas van in the 1920's.

One of the best ways to be a missionary is through example by living a good life and caring for those around you, as Livingston did. Winning that one chief for God would be like only getting one kill in COD but having several assists.

I am a distant relative of David Livingstone, he is my great great great grandfather, I’ve always been told minor details about his life and hadn’t known much, it wasn’t until I recently that I’ve wanted to learn more about him and my heritage, this was a great video and u shed some light on his life and his goals. You have a great way of explaining things and your accent makes me want to keep listening, it’s soothing compared to the harsh Australian accent I’m used to.

@@timothydee1507 what you’re saying is the equivalent of saying that America discovered the moon because they were the first to survey it even though it had been known to people for thousands of years before that.
Furthermore many of the places had been surveyed and known by the rest of the word before the faceless colonisers ever arrived to murder the natives and rename their icons.
Overall without justifying colonialism there is no reason for African places to be named after faceless white colonisers.
