  • How to make Mirror Glaze .
    The recipe consists of the fpllowing ingradients:
    • Glucose syrup - 5.3 oz
    • Sugar - 5.3 oz
    • Water - 2.6 oz
    • Condensed milk - 2.8 oz
    • White chocolate - 2.8 oz
    • Gelatin - 0.5 oz
    • Water for gelatin - 3.2 oz
    Step 1:
    Soak the gelatin according to the instructions. In a saucepan, combine glucose syrup, sugar, and water. Place the white chocolate, condensed milk, and gelatin mixture (gelatin + water after soaking) into a blender jar.
    Step 2:
    Heat the saucepan over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring it to a boil briefly (do not overboil) and then pour it into the blender jar.
    Step 3:
    Let the mixture sit together for 1-2 minutes, then blend it until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent a film from forming, and refrigerate until ready to use.
