Thanks to @no_name_magician for the text instructions and introduction to Co-Op.
Here are the Instructions for coop:
Become friends with the person you wanna coop with on steam.
Make sure everyone has Injected the same version of the mod.
In the main menu open co-op and select start match then Press the "P" key on you keyboard to open the list of people you are friends with on steam. Click on their name and select the invite option. this will send an invite to them.
They can accept the invite through 2 ways. One is through the way you normally accept it in the party tab when you open the coop option on main screen menu, the 2nd way is that the person who is being invited will receive a "Doom eternal play game" invite message in their steam message box. this message box gets opened automatically by steam in their computer when the invite is sent and then the party is created and then you guys pick the slots. You don't have to "ready up" to play the levels tho. (I see you normally do that when we play coop.)
Only the host can pick the level and to do that write the command "loadDevMenuOption devmenuoption/pvp # 1". For example write "11" in the place of "#" to select Hell on Earth Level.
The level number is written next to the level names on the botton right screen where we select the slots.
Final and most important step. Make sure no other mod is injected alongside the coop mod to avoid crashes as much as possible.
