Send cooking tips, I'm trying to increase my skill and repertoire for both myself and my lady's sake. Apparently +SpAtk Charizard is not appropriate seasoning
Personally I'm a big fan of pfannekuchen - my family version. Pfannekuchen are basically salty pancakes and my mother just threw in whatever vegetable she felt like we had to eat that week. Per person, on average 60g of wheat, 1 egg, salt, milk (how much of it depends on how dense vs thick you want the pfannekuchen). Add an extra egg if 2-3 people, and i'd add another extra egg if the number of people surpasses that. Cook whatever vegetable you're using first (big fan of pumpkin or zucchini, just some water in a pot for the former, and some oil, a little water, salt and whatever erbs you feel like using (oregano owns) for the other, cook them in a pan with a lid). Then add the remaining ingredients, blend and make your pancakes in a pan with some oil (low heat, they need time to cook on the inside as well, especially if they're not tremendously thin), and flip them around at some point. Add some acorn syrup or applesauce and you have my childhood
Seems like sweet potatoes are going to be an staple of this channel, so I had to investigate what they are. Turns out they are this thing we here call _camote_ , which is interesting because I don't think about those as an spammable ingredient at all, would be interested in some recipes. Now, for the kinda cooking you seem to do, learning the basics of simple soup would be useful, check adam ragussea's videos on soup and adapt them for your kitchen. I do the simple soup with very little seasoning beyond garlic, salt and vinegar, and eat with toasts; or throw some soy sauce and kelp to eat with leftover rice; or use this tomato stock cubes that are common here and throw some fried pasta in. For more general tips, i like to spam garlic just as that other comment said. I also do this thing where i dumb down recipes; replace expensive ingredients and overly complicated steps or straight up throw them out. Like, i find meat balls annoying so i don't make em balls, or i don't wanna wait an hour or more between mixing and fermentation so i do pizza without yeast. One time i tried to replicate tan tan men ramen with local ingredients and the recipe ended up being totally different, yet the recipe ended up becoming a staple in the kitchen 🤣.
What specifically are you trying to improve at? Like, are there specific staple ingredients you're trying to use to create more diverse meals? Or just improving stuff you're already making? etc. etc. Certain flavours or things you're aiming for?
I’ve been watching BKC videos for a while now, while I cook. Now BKC is cooking as he records his thoughts on ADV OU, while I cook. Next I will record my thoughts on ADV OU as I watch BKC cook and record his thoughts on ADV OU, while I cook.
Kevin I think we’re all here for the schizo style video entries to start your videos like this where 10 different things are happening and your cursing out people texting us while trying to make charizard culinary illusions. I think this is the BKC version of slow cinema…
The intensity of his gaze is only surpassed by the overwhelming passion with which he speaks about what he loves. Sometimes I think he is looking through me, watching things invisible to the rest of us.
lmfao he even starts it off with "its been a long hot sweaty day" and with the sizzling in the back and the white background, i thought he was in the bathroom for a sec
11:40 Casually saying "a whole other can of Earthworms" is the type of content I don't expect in these videos, but appreciate. As somebody who also records and posts (unlisted) rambles that I share to my personal circle, I'm honestly impressed by how well you can follow coherent lines of thought and stay on topic with seemingly no preparation. Even regarding topics I know a lot about, it's so easy to realize that the way I'm presenting it is complete garbled nonsense.
I requested this video!! Thank you so much, I think ADV is Charizard's coolest generation! OU contender without Megas, gets to be a box mascot... This makes me wanna go back to tinkering with my ZardMence team again!
Hella recommend marination if you're using veal. Little salt and pepper, thyme, and butter/gorgonzola. I also recommend garlic, but watch your fire, cuz garlic burns fast. Onions as well, I like using yellow sweets in particular. Also never cut the root off first, save yourself from the terrors of natural tear gas
Nice video bkc, zard has definitely been noticed more in the last couple years, ice and beatup as well as toxic or brick as newer filler options are brilliant and definitely give it some help! Honestly though, i do think these innovations are flavour that enhances zard, as opposed to its new best set. Ice is really cool but, it gets scouted in exactly the same way as dragon claw and the difference is, after its been scouted pert becomes free. Beat up is great but sub punch is also still incredible vs blissey, and provides so much more in other matchups for hitting tar and getting into blaze. Im not the only one with this opinion, plenty of top adv players agree, hclat for example saw great success in CI 6 (which he won) the year beat up was at its peak, with a standard sub focus zard team (had like claydol, utility lax, for those who are trying to remember). This isnt even drinking the hclat cool aid, cause i tried all these zard sets myself, and there are so few situations where i dont want to just click sub in the early game, and generate a guarenteed return. Or focus/fblast on the next entrance thereafter when i have my information. This brings me to my final comment, these new techs on zard clearly have merit, as explained so clearly by yourself. But in my humble opinion the way they benefit charizard past its sub punch era, isnt as the new main set, its as alternative options that make all of charizards sets and early games much more powerful and threatening, hes more unpredictable than hes ever been, and thats a far bigger advantage of these new moves being utilized, compared to their actual reliability in games over good old focus sub/claw action!
my first thought upon hearing the sizzling in the background was "is that the sound of a shower? is he going to talk to us while he's taking a shower?"
I remember in early DP when we were toying with Specs Zard’s potential because it has essentially identical Special offensive stats to the then extremely meta Specs Salamence, but we concluded bad because SR weak. If players had more inter-gen care at the time, imagine if they had thought, “Well hold up, in Gen 3 Zard has that same comparability to the also good gen3 Special Mence but no Hazard Weak and 50% stronger STAB- that sounds crazy.” We didn’t. Also interesting that Focus Punch was overlooked by Gen 4 converts and instead popularized by a Gen 3 loyalist when DPP current gen players were coming in from a current gen where Mixnape was so on the psyche of how to beat SkarmBliss- no one thought on how to recreate mixnape- not to mention Gen 3 Zard is an appropriately power-scaled Infernape but with NO HAZARD weak. With how much cross-gen idea seeding exists now, we’re living in the future for reals.
After hearing about Charizard's impact in ADV, can we hear about the impact of the Mega Charizards in ORAS and USUM (and potentially its impact in Generation 8?)
@@toastprobably9774 ruclips.net/video/4f6rXr7eoHM/видео.html i couldnt find an RMT or anything but yeah, it was basically ran like blunder does in this vid with overheat flamethrower weather ball, except blast burn as a nuke instead of focus blast for ttar. i didnt like later ss ou but that earlier period around cinderace mag original melmetal has so many good memories :)
My favorite team to this day that I've ever made has +SpcAtk Zard with overheat and beat up on it. Holy shit, that thing can demolish entire teams if you play it right.

id say dont be scared of expirementing/taking risks
POV: you are being forced to discuss pokemon while with a misguided date from Hinge
nothin misguided about it baby
Read this comment as her locked eyes with not the camera but me got nervous
BKC isn’t cooking he’s pissing for 30 straight minutes
he's taking a shower
Don't be ridiculous, Pokemon players don't shower.@@CubeBizz
Damn this caught me off guard xD
I legit thought I was hearing straight BKC piss spraying into the BKC toilet, until he said something
hnnnnggng

did anyone else think that was a shower running and BKC was about to strip?
IT'S NOT?
Me
Did I think that's what's happening? Not really. Did I wish it was? Absolutely
I thought he was just showering with his cloth s on
@@Tlaloc1He would do that, for the cinematic value.

Be careful not to scald yourself while cooking. It can overpower you in an instant
did not know Charizard stooped as low as to burn content creators with oil... this is a new low...
The periodic "buzz buzz" as BKC is in the middle of talking is absolutely cracking me up
At first I thought his phone vibrating was a guy out of frame with his mouth taped shut, trying to get our attention
No one else could record a video in this setting like this and on such a topic. BKC is a generational talent
There's a charizard waiting in adv ou, he's told us not to worry seed because he knows he'll fire blast our minds.
The intensity of his gaze is only surpassed by the overwhelming passion with which he speaks about what he loves. Sometimes I think he is looking through me, watching things invisible to the rest of us.

he can cook AND he plays pokemon? no wonder he’s taken.
But can he cook pokemon? :0

Doesn't even have to directly mention Scald to remind people of how stupid it is just seconds into the video. That's the power of Big Kitchen Cooking.

1:26 felt this majorly haha people love texting when you're busy doing things

I didn’t get it at first but the cooking analogies made me understand.
how is he such a gigachad
You should start a cooking channel where you compare dishes to different tier sets
Hello friends, it's been a long, hot, sweaty day, and I am cooking.
Me burning my dinner watching BKC get burned by oil.
Ngl I dont even really play any of the legacy tiers you cover on this channel anymore but its really interesting to hear your expertise on them
Bro had to cook up this video real quick🔥
3:45 how did bkc not incorporate the sweet potato he just dropped into this sentence
But you're a Blaziken, you can't get burned!
After hearing about Charizard's impact in ADV, can we hear about the impact of the Mega Charizards in ORAS and USUM (and potentially its impact in Generation 8?)
That sun team in gen eight with four fire move zard was so peak
@@kstiemsma I'm guessing weather ball fire blast Overheat x (PLEASE tell me it ran blast burn that would be so sick)

Man you gotta give us recipes beforehand so we can have a cookalong
At 1:38, was that a text from finchinator saying "What if we changed tiering policy" ?
Charizard: OHKOing Blissey with special Fire moves before it was cool.
I'm no longer capable of just listening to this videos, I must come here and watch BKC's face. Why is he so handsome?
the holy light surrounds kevin from behind
My favorite pokemon to pair with Big 5. Such an incredible mixed breaker.
This is better cinema than every movie I've seen in the last few years.
11:43 this pun! This man must be stopped
Came back from a long work day and got to have a cook along with Kev, thanks for the second wind I needed this evening mr chicken
let him cook
BKC is now the perfect boywife
"Handsome gamer talks about Pokemon for 30 minutes"
Hey BKC, what do you think about the Pokerogue game ? Great content btw, love the channel
As much as I appreciate your face I do kinda miss the background replays, ngl. Bit of both too much to ask?
OBS isn't friendly to him.
is that the real Baniel KadCliffe?
no its Basan piKCer
Bro cooked with this one.

a handsome gentleman has appeared!
For a minute I thought this was gona be a showering video
Why is this content so perfect 😭😭😭
Cool vid, you have very pretty hair
is this ur new house?
I want replays in the background pls
I think cooking while doing the video gives your ADHD an outlet and helps you stay more focused haha
BKC
Day 6 of asking for a shirtless BKC video
thoughts on the NBA finals???
Can you talk about recipes while playing on showdown
Oh you have the same eyebrows as the chicken, it makes more sense now.
Don’t try to pretend it’s a Charizard video. We all know you wanted to talk about sweet potatoes.
damn that sizzle annoys me a lot
Love me some charizard
Why are you flipping your veal while the sweet potatoes arent already in the oven get your priorities straight
WTF he's hot?
Honey we been knew
I need to know less about you. Eating veal?! No truffles?🤷
This video is cool but you shouldn't eat veal, it comes from tortured baby cows.
