    Its a decent saw for the money to be fair. I just got one (spark by trade) and it happily cuts Metal Tray/ trunking and conduit with ease.
    Really useful saw to have for jobs round the house also and only £60
    Great review just subscribed 👍

    On the 45 degree mitre , the saw blade is not perpendicular and needs to be adjusted. It is not adjusted at the factory and is left to the end user to do. Perhaps you would be kind enough to give us a user guide on how to set up the Evolution R210. Bearing in mind that the target audience for the saw is probably hobbyists, photographers, artists and weekend carpenters. Who could use all the help they can get. Which is why we come to experts like your good self. Thank you Justin and please keep up the good work.

      @yoochoooob Thanks for the info: That's much better. But I feel Justin should make a contribution. It's not that he's given us wrong information. It's just that he hasn't given us the right information. So if he wants to maintain credibility he should make amends and give us the full correct information. Otherwise what's the point if having a YT channel where you're giving information that people cannot trust.

    Did you check that the fence was set correctly before trying the 45 degree cuts?

    Hi Justin, I enjoyed the video a lot - very informative, and made sense of the multi-language instruction booklet. Would you think a standard Black & Decker Workmate would be stable enough to screw the 210CMS onto to use for outdoor (larger) work? I'm asking because the Evolution stands cost almost twice as much as the saws!

    Great video Justin. Does the blade rotate smoothly by hand? Mine feels a bit rough but maybe it's the brushes rubbing against the windings. It's brand new and cuts fine but I thought it would spin smoothly by hand.

    So can the fence and the angle of the saw be adjusted with allen key screws like other miter saws?

    If you look at left and right sides of the blade you will see the stop adjusters set it up for 90 and 45 this saw will cut bang on cuts look before you slate this saw its not hard come on

    You needed to set it up ans fine tune using the adjustable Allen key screws.

  • @englishonlinewithsusiesong4438

    How do you rectify the 45' angles? The 90' is fine. ( I don't need the bevel). Many thanks.

  • @roystonpritchard59
    @roystonpritchard59 Год назад

    Adjustment of the angle, is via the two stop screws at the back of the machine

    I'm not sure I would recommend this to anyone for a first mitre saw. I find the stops to adjust the angle have loads of play in them and I'm constantly having to get the square on it to check before each cut and if you're a beginner, you just don't want tool inaccuracy on top of your own newbie mistakes. I cut straight through the fence on the first bevel cut, because I'm a novice plum. It is powerful enough, but I find there is a substantial amount of tear out on the bottom and the rear. I think this is probably best for a jobsite saw, cutting pipe and trunking.

    mine doesnt cut correctly the angles too. i was well pissed off as ide started to make pitcure frames for making a bit of extra cash and gifts fro crimbo. kind of defeats the object of it being a mitre saw. you would have thought thae mech for angles was more refined in the design process. shame on evo for releasing it without thourough testing
