Live in Cali and went to CP for my 1st time yesterday. Rode TT2 back row then front row with my hands up was exhilarating! Best coaster I've ever been on!
I was there the same day as you guys! Was blown away too! Didn't expect it to be that good. One of the best coasters I've been on out of 200+ in the US. I got on the ride for a 3rd time right before you guys were going to at night because I got in the line soon before the park closed. It wasn't completely a night ride but it was well after sunset and I got the back row for the first time. I remember that twist after the top hat being the scariest element I've been on in a coaster. I was flying out of my seat already with ejector airtime and then I just got whipped around. It was insane! Never went on TTD but it was definitely way better than Kingda Ka. Too bad they had to close the ride for maintenance on the cars, hopefully it will open back up soon without any major changes. I made a cameo there when you were explaining the lockers at the beginning of the video.

Watching this TT2 launch made me think how good it would be if Alton Towers had a flat launch coaster that went from one end of the park to the other!! No top hat or anything, I’d love that, just get off at the other end, save walking!! And below the tree line! 🤩🤣

But since it's opened there's been nothing but positive reviews, and after seeing this vlog, I'm totally ready..... TT2, I'm coming for you this Thursday, can't wait!!!! That spike is so massive it makes both the spikes of Pantheon & Toutatis look so small, remember that the train reaching it's highest point on the spike of TT2 you are still higher up in the air than Millennium Force, Fury 325 & Red Force.
I was able to ride TTG back in 2015. We walked past a few times to get in line and each time it had broken down and the queue dispersed. At the end of the day on our way back to the entrance the queue reopened just as we were walking past so we finally got our ride. What a rush!
Watching your first ride reaction/review, I noticed how fast the dispatch was cycling. Impressive. I hope they get this thing back up soon. I was an “inaugural” rider on the original. I loved it from the start. But since we still have Kingda Ka, (so far), I’m not going to miss Dragster too much.

I was lucky to get 6 rides on the original when I worked at the park in 2021. However, being based on Dragster's midway the day of the accident left a mixed feeling for me. Its great to hear that people feel TT2 is almost better than the original. It gives Zamperla credence that their could make good launch coasters of their own for a good price

I’m genuinely glad to eat my words about TT2 from all the reviews I’ve seen thus far. I was a big skeptic throughout the re imagining process, and I definitely had a lot of harsh judgments for the choices being made, and not much hope for the project being a success. All I have left to criticize are just minor personal nitpicks that have nothing to do with the actual ride experience itself.
Great vlog again guys, that coaster looks amazing, so pleased Charlotte finally got to ride it, real shame no pov, would have loved to have seen your faces, have a fab time, love you two and all that you do ❤️
I was in the queue that day when they closed it early. It went up and down a few times and they had to take the silver train off the track. So we ended up waiting two hours on two train ops. I'm assuming thats why it closed early. Pretty insane ride though made the long wait worth it.
Looks awesome! Hopefully I'll get out there again sometime and get to ride it. I rode the original in 2018 and it blew me away. It was quite intimidating standing in line for it as it was ~100 feet taller than the tallest coaster I had been on at that point (Fury 325). My only complaint on it was how short the whole experience was. It sounds like with the new spike and additional launches it fixes that problem, which is great. Hope you guys have fun! I got to stay in Hotel Breakers 2 years ago and it was pretty cool.
It's different because the heartline has changed compared to the original profiling. The new trains set higher so it changes how the elements feel. It's also faster.

It'll be REALLY cool when they build another coaster which climbs the lift and has a pre-drop turn that curls around the vertical spike

TT2 is closed now. I heard that the trains are to light and Zamperla need to modifie the trains to make them heavier.

All I have left to criticize are just minor personal nitpicks that have nothing to do with the actual ride experience itself.
They have done a great job! Can’t believe how well it rides!

I was in the queue that day when they closed it early. It went up and down a few times and they had to take the silver train off the track. So we ended up waiting two hours on two train ops. I'm assuming thats why it closed early. Pretty insane ride though made the long wait worth it.

Looks awesome! Hopefully I'll get out there again sometime and get to ride it. I rode the original in 2018 and it blew me away. It was quite intimidating standing in line for it as it was ~100 feet taller than the tallest coaster I had been on at that point (Fury 325). My only complaint on it was how short the whole experience was. It sounds like with the new spike and additional launches it fixes that problem, which is great.

It's different because the heartline has changed compared to the original profiling. The new trains set higher so it changes how the elements feel. It's also faster.
