- The big blast pile is gone, so now I’m on cleanup duty, tidying the space for a new blast!😅
I have several methods to work by, depending on the pile that I have been assigned to move. This is another way of loading, compared to classical double bench loading, or my regular 2 side double bench procedure!😋

Nice work who knew that blasted rock could be an adventure? The recording is spot on. Wow you guys cleared out so much material, I like seeing the smaller blasted rock be picked up and loaded cause I think the smaller blasted rock gives you more tons cause it's more of them, right! You mentioned something about another blasting, wow wanna see how that's going to be, do you think it would be a better production or the same? Keep up the good work.

I went over to a powder blast in the other end of this site after this one, just purely enjoying powder sliding onto my bucket!😍
Hehe, I’m glad you share the same adventure as I am, rock is moved more efficiently with passion than faith!🤭😄 They say faith can move mountains, but I have the experience of knowing that mountains needs explosives, and a passionate crew in heavy machines to move it!🤟😅

Hehe, it was a bit cold at first, so I didn’t want to throw it before the cab had started to warm up..😅
So I runs the pre heater these days, so I come to a warm cab and engine in the morning, and can toss the jacket behind the seat at once!😆

Hehe, they do know about the spill issues..😅 But, I do clean it up anyway, so there isn’t any risk of tire puncture anyway.😄
But the fact that I often have some ADT’s to load as well, makes me prefer a 2 side double bench, so the risk of spills are reduced!😋
@@norwegianearthmovers i work at a limestone quarry running a 450D john deere most of the time but sometimes a 490 komatsu and on the rare chance both of tjose are down for maintaince i get to run the 670G john deere
@@caveman5943 I see!😋👌 So how do you run that quarry? Do you blast and load to the crusher, or is it so loose that you can rip and load?🙂
I loved working with blasted limestone on my previous project, the material was just so fine and nice to work with!😍
There was of course some boulders in those blasts as well, but the blasted limestone was almost like working with crushed materials!😅
So, what do you think of the John Deere machines?🙂 I see that they are popular in USA, but I have never seen one here. Have you operated other brands as well, so you can compare them?
@@norwegianearthmovers we blast and move the jaw crusher into place and line up conver belts to run the crushed rock up to a surge pile then from there it goes to the plant for finer crushing and sorting
Aha! So you run a mobile crusher directly in the pile!👌
I ran a crusher for 6 months like that, but we’re tired of all the breakdowns on the crusher..😂 Was a old Sandvik 1208, so a newer crusher surely will be better to work with!😋👌

Jeg synes nå det er bedre om maskinførere ser ordentlig ut jeg da, uten sol og gjenskinn som hindrer utsyn!😄
Jeg har selv erfart, og har hørt om flere som ikke har sett gulkledde ute, fordi gjenskinnet av gule klær med reflekser inne har vært så sterkt!😝
Disse hms folkene gjør ikke alltid kloke beslutninger, mye tyder på at de aldri har sitter i en maskin selv noen gang..🙈

I don’t exactly know the reason for that lift in interest, but a lot of people requested longer videos with more content. At the same time, I started to give my videos an educational twist, to be able to give the people who watch an impression of learning something.🙂 The feedbacks on that choice has been great, as people in the same business write that they can learn something new, and people outside the business get a better impression of how much effort that lies behind everything that’s built!🙃
