- I’ve been bodyboarding for more than 20 years now but with every wave, I still get the same rush as I did as kid being hurtled up the beach at Fistral on my summer holidays. In this video, we lay the foundations as to how you can effectively and consistently catch your first waves, and perhaps sow the seed for 20 years of exhilaration.

I am a extreme boogieboarder thats what we call it boogie boarding it others sometimes call it bodyboarding i'd consider bodyboarding when u swim without a board ontop of a wave. But i caught this wave at least 3 feet taller than me and i did a double under, washed up right in front of my cousins and i swerved my board around because i was going fast while still on shore and i almost hit the lifeguard post if it wasn't for these awesome lifeguards at ocean city NJ.

I want too but I’m kinda scared, a hurricane just came and pasted but the waves 🌊 are ENORMOUS. Should I bodysurf a LARGE wave? Or can I like mess up and hurt myself really bad?😅
