Hang in there Ciara, it will be the hardest thing you go through. Keep your eyes on the Lord, his will is more powerful than what your husband thinks and says. Focus on yourself during this period, heal, pick up the broken pieces and get ready to fight. Keep praying for your husband deliverance.
I’m a prodigal as of this year. And may 1st I gave my life back to the lord and returned to my wife and kids as well. It’s been a battle but one is following through. Many ups and downs but mostly dealing with voices of accusations and condemnation. But many moments of the spirit and presence. Been rocky and a fight since being back but I refuse to go back even if it’s tough. I told the lord if I’m going to wrestle and struggle, then I’m going to struggle going forward not backwards. I’ll wrestle with him in going forward.

Just heard from a women today who's husband left her for a younger women and moved in with her.. After 6.5 years he reached out and committed that this was the worst mistake he made.. Keep hoping in god...he is faithful!
Thank you. Also, I would say about 80% of my former Christian friends have slipped into progressivism and either stayed there or gone full atheist for various reasons. This reminds me to prayer for them. They are not too far gone. This describes my husband too. The drinking is exactly how he struggles. It started as one but now it has to be a six or twelve pack and daily. It’s always tied to emotions and sin.

I've dated and known plenty secular women. And the one I married was from the church and I've never met a more colder frozen hearted individual literally months into our marriage she shut down. I have tons and tons of reasons to not have hope and just move on but I refuse. I know and have seen Gods miracles I believe that JUST on Bible stories ALONE I have made a choice to focus on the good and on what God can do not me.

Just heard from a women today who's husband left her for a younger women and moved in with her.. After 6.5 years he reached out and committed that this was the worst mistake he made.. Keep hoping in god...he is faithful!

Thank you. Also, I would say about 80% of my former Christian friends have slipped into progressivism and either stayed there or gone full atheist for various reasons. This reminds me to prayer for them. They are not too far gone. This describes my husband too. The drinking is exactly how he struggles. It started as one but now it has to be a six or twelve pack and daily. It’s always tied to emotions and sin.

I've dated and known plenty secular women. And the one I married was from the church and I've never met a more colder frozen hearted individual literally months into our marriage she shut down. I have tons and tons of reasons to not have hope and just move on but I refuse. I know and have seen Gods miracles I believe that JUST on Bible stories ALONE I have made a choice to focus on the good and on what God can do not me.
Pray for her. Not everyone can handle being spiritually attacked but just keep praying for her. God answers prayers.
