    The wife of my youth divorced me after 47 years of marriage 😢. By God's grace, I have come to understand what the Lord is doing in my life for His glory. Please pray for me and my ex-wife. I deeply desire restoration with her, but not above my relationship with Jesus Christ. To God be the glory.

      If I may encourage you, speak faith and life over your bride! Don't call her your "ex" wife! My wife is with another man and we are legally divorced, but I call her my wife every chance I get! Some times like for legal purposes and our kids' school, I call her my kids' mom or by name, but to EVERYONE I possibly can she is MY WIFE because I believe God WILL restore!

      I am sorry to hear this brother.
      One thing that’s happened since my wife has wanted to seperate is the incredible empathy and sorrow I feel for any man or woman that is dealing with separation or divorce.

      What a difficult journey. My bride of 23 years walked away from our marriage and our 6 children. My heart breaks for her but so often I get angry at her and at God for the suffering we are enduring. I think that quite often I don’t really know the heart of my savior. But I am encouraged by you men who are still standing for your brides. Thank you for sharing.

    When a person feels like their spouse is getting away with something they still have no understanding who the real enemy is. On this journey it helps to understand that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities. Once we have an understanding that we can't fight a spiritual battle in the physical we become successful. It becomes less stressful especially when we learn how to trust God to do what we can't.

    Can't tell you how timely this is. I've been so angry at God after 8 years of travail before God for my son in law who was part of our family since he was 10. I considered him a son. I felt that my daughter and I had done everything right before God and received so many confirmations that God was working on him and would bring him back to God first and then his wife. Divorce proceedings are being finalized, and my daughter basically got screwed by my son in law. He has married his GF even though he is not divorced from my daughter. My heart has been so hardened toward God feeling like all our tears, prayers, declarations, fasting, reading, and listening to every applicable teaching. I've not been able to read the Word or pray. Everything you said here, I've thought, even the solution. I can't say the feeling of abandonment by God is gone, but I do know what I need to do. For me, I think it will be a process. My desire for fellowship with God must be greater. Recognizing that God has not abandoned me or my son in law is the beginning. God will not bless sin, my son in law, nor mine.

  • @WalkingbytheSpiritAlways
    @WalkingbytheSpiritAlways 6 месяцев назад +4

    The Lord had me go through it all alone because the first thing the Lord told me to repent of was idolatry of my husband after 22 years of Christian marriage because I wasn't born again! My husband divorced me as a fake Christian in 2008, but the Lord Jesus is my perfect Bridegroom and seven years ago the Lord told me to start telling people about the pre-Tribulation rapture when I started having rapture dreams. I was told to stop praying for my husband a year after he remarried (so that was 8 years of praying for him to repent), and I have now kept my vows for almost 42 years. Jesus is coming to get His holy, set apart church. All these people who are divorced and remarried and think that they are blessed by God are deceived that it's adultery and unless they repent and forsake the adultery, they will be left behind. Only death (or rapture) ends the marriage covenant. Maranatha.

    We are fixing our marriage right now and I can say I still have this thoughts that she had still gotten away with a two year love affair

    • @MarriageRevealedMinistries
      @MarriageRevealedMinistries  Год назад +5

      Next time that thought comes at you, don't stuff it, explore it till the real reason is revealed. Sometimes that feeling is just a fruit that is presenting itself from a root of something. Like rejection, unworthiness, fear, and pride wants to see them pay, or show remorse, so it makes you feel more secure they won't do it again, or their remorse makes you feel like they fully understand the hurt they caused. Keep digging and pressing in with God for your healing. And we praise God that He is working on restoring your marriage!

    • @lastdragon4022
      @lastdragon4022 Год назад +4

      @@MarriageRevealedMinistries I’m trying to break that feeling cause I feel she has gotten away and she will never feel the hurt and hole she left I my heart

    • @MarriageRevealedMinistries
      @MarriageRevealedMinistries  Год назад +4

      When that feeling comes, to 'break it' you have to dissect it, analyze it. Why do you want her to feel the hurt. Or do you want to know that she truly is sorry for what she did? Perhaps you have not seen her heart broken to God in repentance? Because only when they turn to the Lord and weep over what they did to HIM does it change a heart to never want to do that again. Pride sometimes has a loud voice here. Wanting them to be sorry, wanting them to feel the pain. But pride is not wise. Pride only is self seeking and won't help the situation. Pride only cares about momentaryily helping your flesh feel better. Which is why pride is an enemy to God and He is always teaching us to be on the lookout if we are being led by pride, or His character and nature.
      How I battle my pride, is I sit before God and confess everything I know is going on in me and tell Him I want to think, feel, act, react in a way that reflects HIM, not anything else. To help me heal, forgive, love, and walk in compassion and humility. And I fail, over and over I fail, until I don't. The key is to keep asking, keep confessing, keep pressing into wanting to change and not give up. Speak out loud "I love and forgive my wife." and keep doing it as an act of faith and determination that you are working toward being Christlike and working on taking a stand against pride, unforgiveness and other things. Showing God you are choosing to do HIs ways, even when you don't feel like it. He wants to see us make the choice, He will then help that choice become a reality!

    God takes what the enemy meant for evil & He turns it for Good. I don't have FB but I found u here on YT & every vid of urs has been a blessing to find. I share them w/ others & they are blessed by them too. I prob shouldn't be on here because I am not married, I am what would be called an "ex-mistress"... for 21 yrs & he raised my son as his own since he was 2. We destroyed his marriage & fam. His wife divorced him. But 2 yrs ago we found God & stopped living in sin. Stopped living together. We repented and have fully dedicated our lives to Jesus. I struggle w daily guilt of what I've contributed to it all even tho I know God has forgiven us. We have a wonderful Christian church family that has allowed me to move out of his place & into a camper next to our church building while we are learning to put God first & allowing Him to do be in control over the mess we created. I pray daily for his ex wife to come to know the Lord as well. I feel truly awful about how much pain I've helped cause. But I do believe that God will have the glory over all of it. I may not be a "stander" in a marriage but I am a stander for God & my marriage to Him. Praying for u all. God bless.

    My story plays out a bit different. Maybe in a different order. I don't know if that makes sense? But this message is so incredibly helpful. So many truths. Some I caught onto before I heard this message but gave me more detail and understanding. Thank you so much. Pray for me to have more patience. I tend to want to rush things. I just miss my wife so much. But I understand what God's trying to do with me. I'm going to have to listen to this message again. I don't want to lose any of it. I had revelation of God's love for me a few years ago and understood that he loves my wife and I more than I'm capable of. I'm sorry Lord for using that as an excuse to not try harder to love you the same. I'm sorry Lord for loving my wife (a gift from you) more than I love you.

    All I can say is "Wow"! I have listened to a few of your videos. I'm currently going through a storm in my marriage. I've felt like it is due to a spiritual issue with both my wife and I. So, I have been pursuing a stronger relationship with Christ but felt off course due to my thought process and mixed emotions of what was going on. Your videos have allowed me to see a different perspective that I was definitely missing. Now, I feel like I can get on the right course with my relationship with the Lord without tripping over my own mixed emotions and my wife's attitude and actions. Thank you so much for posting the content!

    This is a very good teaching, and so true. I find myself every day being convicted and asking myself and God am I only pursuing you and praying to you now so much just to have my wife back? Am I only getting in the word to find something to comfort my soul to make me feel better about my situation? Everything in me wants to be genuine with my pursuit of the Lord but I know something deep down inside me says it is for personal gain and not just because I want more of God. Oh, Lord, please become my first true love again, and restore the joy of my salvation, as it was in the beginning.

    My in-home prodigal husband just told me he's leaving town for the weekend and his ex that he lived with and got evicted with (and a car she co-signed for him repossessed) is taking him. I'm thinking, did God not send you BOTH a clear enough message that he doesn’t want you two together? And earlier today I walked up and found him seemingly arguing with another woman he was face-timing on his phone and she was looking away from him like she was hurt about I think the ex. I PRAISED GOD IN MY BATHROOM AND SAID THANK YOU LORD I PRAISE YOU!! You let me see a glimpse of what my prodigal wouldn't.

But I so desire to be in that place of complete surrender. To bathe in his Love. Something is stopping me, I’ve just gone through my second painful divorce. All through my life when ever I have loved someone it has been rejected so I believe that my heart and love has been shut away and buried deep so as not to suffer anymore. How can I experience that freedom of Loving.

      First, remind yourself that the Holy Spirit is your Teacher and guide and He has a plan. This helps to take the burden, worry off your shoulders that it's your fault, your job, your responsivity to get you where you need to be. Yes, we have a part to do, we have responsibility, but we tend to take it all on and not realize how much the Holy Spirit is there to lead and direct us. You just need to keep taking it day by day and read the Word and allow that to do what it's promised to do. TRANSFORM and renew you. It's alive, powerful and ACTIVE in your life to help you overcome all the obstacles that are there. But it takes time for it to keep undoing, replace, rebuilding, and transforming in you all the years of things. Keep going.

    Yes, the word "prodigal" is indeed found in the Bible. It is specifically mentioned in the New Testament, in the Gospel of Luke, Chapter 15, in the parable commonly referred to as the "Parable of the Prodigal Son." This parable tells the story of a son who squanders his inheritance in a distant country and then returns home, where he is welcomed by his forgiving father. The term "prodigal" is used to describe the son's extravagant and wasteful behavior.

      I should have clarified what I meant when I said it was not in the bible. You are correct, it is in the bible but not part of the original text. These headings/sub headings are subject to what people decided to translate the original text into for us. They read this parable and decided it was about ONE son and they labeled him a prodigal because Jesus said this son squandered his wealth. He was LOST, squandering his money. But the is, if man had not labeled it this parable, OR had labeled it correctly about the fact this was TWO sons! This parable teaches about two very different men, with very different hearts and how the Father had direction about both. What Jesus taught about the son that stayed behind is just as vital and important, but in my opinion, often gets overlooked because of these misleading sub headings. --Sheila

    Hi! Hopefully someone could help me out. I´ve been standing for 7 years now. 4 years ago my husband moved to his parent's home (they don´t live in the country but take care of the household, he depends on them economically) so he lives by himself, the kids go visit a lot, but I´m facing a situation, he has been carrying this lifestyle of parting every weekend and having all types of people over (not the good types). I´m not sure if I should let the kids spend time over there anymore. The bathroom there is popular on social media since lots of girls who go drink and smoke take pics and it is the same toilet our children use. I have a teenage boy, a 7-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy. People only go on weekends, and our kids visit during weekdays but I´m struggling to decide whether I should set a limit and keep our kids away from that house. Blessings.

    Also if God never resurrected Christ would you believe you would be resurrected one day? So if you never see another marriage reconciled how could you have faith yours could be? As we intercede for others our faith grows in God all the more. We put others needs before ours and truly know how great it is to serve rather than to be served. Satan hates to see this kind of faith in God. We love Him while we are being crushed and bruised for this conforms us into the image of His son. Blessed are those who suffer for righteousness sake. Endure until the end. Persevere not losing hope in the Great God. The greatest loss is not divorce, but a soul eternally separated from God. Save our spouses Lord for your glory that your holy name may be exalted above all. Amen.

    Could someone please respond. What happens if your spouse has cheated over and over and is divorcing yet in a holiness pentecostal church saying he's all about God. The religious spirit is in full effect

    Thanks for your video. I have a question. You read a scripture from a man stating how the wicked is not getting away with their wickedness. In David's case, Saul didn't get away with how he treated him. I have seen women suffer but most men get away from the wicked they do to women. Show me in the Bible where a man did wicked to a woman and he didn't get away with it? Not here to bash you nor the Bible. I believe in the Bible I just want to know how women are treated wrongfully are a concern in the Bible and was dealt with. Especially women of color. No one seems to care about us. So many are abused or murdered but we are the least important for justice.

      If we consider that life starts at birth, and ends at death, then it would feel like a great injustice to see someone get away with wickedness. But if we consider that the REAL life starts at our death, when we travel to our final destination, which is determined by our time spent on earth and what we did with it, then we can see that earth is really a place where God is patient because he wants us to have as many chances as we can to repent and turn ourselves around, because once we move onward to that final place, it's heaven with Him, or hell away from Him and there is no more chances. So, while we desire to see justice now, we most likely won't. But we know our God is the God of justice and He will vindicate. Just not in our timing.

      Hi specifically I would say Jesus redeemed the woman at the well from her shame , he saved a woman from being stoned to death, Jesus healed a woman with an issue of blood, He showed compassion for the woman who washed His feet with perfume and tears, He healed the gentile woman’s daughter.
      And the patriarch’s that practiced pagan marriage traditions were punished, their next generations lost the inheritance. People romanticized King Solomon wives and harem and that is the literal reason why the “dynasty” was taken away. God is faithful! He said that we worship Him only. The polytheism that was rampant in the OT was condemned by God and when we read the scripture closely it was because of taking in strange wives and allowing in their idols. God is so faithful. God is merciful. God is just. No one gets away with anything. We literally have to repent and thank God for mercy.
      We have to fight injustice through prayers as well. The “man” is not the enemy the devil is the accuser the devil is the one who deceived us into believing that people get away with wrong doing. God is so good! His goodness casts out all wrong. I pray you see this. I pray that you fervently pray for others to be delivered from their suffering or redeemed from the wrongs done to them. It is written a man reaps what he sows, and God is not mocked. Finally God hears our prayers and He has the answers to our prayers. We just keep praying like Elijah did and it will eventually rained in the drought. Christ prayed and then raised Lazarus. Jesus Christ said we must forgive before we pray. That way the offender is released to God.
      My personal experience of people “who got away with it” is that the judgement they receive later has me praying for God to have mercy on them. Literally people who were too prideful to repent of wrongdoing and just wanted to continue doing the same thing. Have ended up sick or poor, losing money or jobs being arrested etc. An unrepentant wrong doer literally snares themself somewhere down the line. Thats why Grace is a gift that is available when we accept Jesus into our hearts.

      I just recalled Tamar Judah’a daughter in law received justice. The story of Dinah is a cautionary tale of a family taking vengeance on a daughter that was disgraced. Another tragic story of King David’s children Ammnon, Tamar and Absolom where God gives us clear case studies of why he wants covenant marriage!
      Rahab helped the children of Israel and she was later the wife of Salman a builder of Jerusalem. God can redeem every one. There are many women in scripture who God saved blessed redeemed. I choose God’s answer to my laments or prayers I choose God’s perfect plan. My sister God is faithful!

    Hey, Just wondering, were you baptized after hearing the gospel? I believe I heard you say you said the sinners prayer? I know a lot of people believe that saying sinners prayer and accepting God in your heart provides salvation. But that contridicts Acts 2, where the apostles taught the gospel and advised those at pentecost to repent of their sins and be baptized to receive salvation. 💜 After this example, there were several other examples that replicate those steps to salvation as well. 💜🙏🏻

      I was baptized as a child. Grew up going to church, fell away and God drew me back, to where I rededicated my life when they did an alter call. Shortly after that I was baptized, again through the calling and leading of the Holy Spirit. After the alter calls, the church always took aside those who were new to the faith, and let them know of the next water baptisms.

      @@apeape96Definitely after you get born again, you will obey God to get baptized like Acts 2:38, Mark 16:16, Romans 6. I was a Baptist and made a decision at age 12, but I was not repentant and didn't know the Lord’s voice, so He started speaking to me when I was 45 telling me about my deacon husband's adultery after 22 years of marriage. I was suicidal for nine months, but then I received the Holy Spirit and started repenting of MY idolatry of my husband and children, fornicating in college though we thought we were great Baptists, stealing at 7, lying, coveting etc. Four months later the Holy Spirit told me to be baptized again, and the Baptist church kicked me out because they don't believe God speaks to people today. I later did get baptized and my baptism is shown on my channel as well as my testimony. I have been born again 19 years, and technically I am a stander, but the Lord told me in 2013 that I wasn't going to have my marriage restored and that He had given my husband over. I 2017 I started having rapture dreams and began teaching on YT. I DO believe in baptism by immersion after repentance, and the non-denominational church of Andy Stanley baptized my husband's adulteress the week before he got remarried so there are lots of false baptisms. We don't keep sinning after a genuine conversion and baptism. Blessings and Maranatha.
