Without this issue, I bet it would have kept running another 10 years. When I replaced this fan, I added an extra elbow joint so the top tube now it does a 180, which should solve that problem. The radon guys around here wanted to charge me a $300 diagnostic fee, then parts/labor (probably close to $600 total). I installed this all by myself in about an hour for the cost of the fan; it would probably be even easier/faster with two people. FYI the manufacturer's warranty greatly differs depending on whether you install it yourself (1 yr warranty) or have a licensed installer do it (10 yrs).
How do I turn the pump off when winterizing my pool? I live in Canada and we shut our pool down for winter. I am concerned that the pump will still turn on with the freeze protection feature. I still want to be able to run by backyard lights with the aqualink. I called Jandy, they were shocked at this question.
I have the same system, and I was away for a couple months and I come back on. It was completely shut down. I could not get it to come back on again any suggestion please if you can help me.

I agree there is a huge delay from pressing the button to seeing the pump switch on, especially if you have a muti speed pump. I don't believe there is a way of speeding that up.

My pool pump used to be able to be manually turned on when in Auto mode and for some reason suddenly stopped being able to be turned on when in the Auto mode. Now just like this video, the pump can only be turned on in the Service mode or the Time Out mode. Both of which are only good for 3 hours at a time, so I need to keep putting it on Service mode every 3 hours or I have no pump running. This happened last year and then it magically got fixed meaning I was able to once again turn it off and on, in the Auto mode and here I am for the 2nd time. I am guessing it has to do with the controls at my Pentair intelliflo pump and something my poolman did must’ve done it. I have tried playing with the controls to no avail. I can easily turn it on and off in Time Out and in Service modes. Why oh why doesn’t it let me turn it on in the Auto mode?! Anyone?
DuvalSports This is just the service panel that is outside. The main controller is inside. Some have the ability to control the heater from in there. If not the controls will be on the heater.
Lol at 00:20 sec you said the aero infrared remote controller. Lol that’s a sensor for water temp not a remote control antenna. It has nothing to do with remote control
So that is a air temperature sensor in the beginning not an antenna. It's for controlling freeze protect.
Mark, the aerial infrared device you point out in the beginning of your video looks more like a outdoor temperature sensor to me.

10yr pool repair tech here. Definitely a ohms based temp sensor. Good thing he didn't go to far into detail, we may have found a flux capacitor.

My pump is not turning and off in Auto mode. It will keep running for 24 hours if I don’t turn it off manually. Please suggest.

I can switch to service no problem l, however I can’t turn on my cleaner nor my filter however water feature and lights turn on, help please
