Hey Doug, Your title grabbed my attention as I do a similar thing with ribs. All these "rib guys" going on about smoking ribs for 7 hrs and how falling off the bone great they are....Like you, I'm hungry now. I maintain the meat could care less how you cook it once it's smoked so here it is. Build a small hardwood fire in your charcoal grill and then spread it out so it smolders and smokes. Smoke the rack for about 15 minutes. Cut the rack in half and put it in your pressure cooker with just a little water. for about 15-20 minutes. Put on your sauce and airfryer for about 8 minutes.
Thanks for showing the beans and rice. I've been adding the beans after the rice is done; now I know I can cook them together. Lazy girl tip - I keep dehydrated onions as part of my food storage. I throw some into my WP cooker and they work great. I also use dehydrated red & green peppers. I don't have to worry about cutting stuff up or if I've got peppers on hand.
Hi, Great video. i was looking how to combine pressure cooking chicken with an air fryer, since i just bought a air fryer lid for my instant pot. Well with your expertise, i've learn a great deal to help me figure it out. Thank you so much. sometime you hit a video that tells you all you need. This video did just that. Clear and very well explained.
You can do the same thing with any roast if you first slice it into steaks. Smoke or sear it up first and then pressure cook it for about 15 minutes...then add your vegetables cook about 6 min longer. All done in under an hour.
Had to come back and look at some of the older videos to get tips on pressure cooking turkey legs. I don't know if you remember, but, I said way back then that your videos were great and you needed a cooking show. Look how you've progressed to now... Keep up the FANTASTIC work using your *pimp like* style. LOL
Did you notice a difference between straight air frying the turkey legs and using the instant pot and air fryer? I thought the turkey legs would be to tough in just the air fryer and was going to use the pressure cooker to make it moister. Please advise.
That marinade gave it a great color. You don't use those tiny grippers that came with your Perfect Cooker?😂😂How much rice, and water did you use? Your meal looked delicious. Thanks for sharing😃
+Christy's Cooking Channel the grippers are for cry babies 😂😂😂😂😂😂 1:1/2 water ratio...i used 3/4 cups of uncle bens!!! Tasted great being that I d idnt marinate, but next time I will though...that dash I sprinkled on the top made it come out sexy 😁😁😁😁😂

I know I am quite randomly asking but does anybody know a good site to stream new tv shows online?
