This looks delicious. A little suggestion for you. When you make up your butter herb mixture, try putting it in a piping bag with a small tip and pipe it into your legs and wings.

The instant pot manual specifically says not to put a towel over the vent. It's a safety risk. But I've used this recipe and it was great

If you do it as a freezer meal, how long do you put it in the instant pot for?
If completely frozen when putting in the instant pot 12 to 15 mins per lb
