I made mock steak from ground beef, for supper tonight. I thickened my strained broth, with a flour and water slurry for gravy. My 3 year old great granddaughter was giving me thumbs up. It's so tasty mawmaw, so yummy. She ate a patty with cheese on a kings hawaiian roll, plus an extra burger cut up on her plate with a little gravy drizzled over it. She cleaned the plate, and was using her finger to get at the last bit of gravy.

I'm making mine tonight... glad I found your video. I used a mix of seasonings that I had on hand. For the liquid, I did a cup of chicken broth with soy sauce. I did not pour it over the turkey because I already had enough salt on it. Can't wait to crisp them up and eat them. PS.... my pot is newer and it doesn't auto warm so I'm going to use that feature tonight, for a timer. Thanks!
Edit: I would suggest that you take the juice out of the bottom to air crisp. Also, I accidentally waited longer than you did for the natural release. Oops.. very fall of the bone!

Ma'am all the research that I've looked at with anything that you air fry with the ninja foodi it'll work better if you take the liquid out of there cuz all you're doing with the air fryer is heating the liquid underneath and causing it to boil and steaming your food as well if you wanted to crisp up quicker take the liquid out of the container and then air fry it and it'll work a lot better
